Analyzing Implementation of Environmental Care Characters Through Health-Based School Program
Abstract
Health is an important thing in life. This study aims to care for the character of theenvironment through health-based school programs. This research method is aqualitative descriptive research method. The data from this study are the results ofobservations and interviews at Prof. Dr. Moestopo Bogor. Observation techniques areused to obtain data directly. The results and conclusions of this study are (1) thesupporting factors for the application of the value character of environmental care inProf. Dr. Moestopo Bogor, namely schools and teachers have done habituation, whilethe inhibiting factor is the lack of parental cooperation in implementing the characterof caring for the environment at home and student concentration is disturbed if thelearning situation outside the classroom is too crowded, (2) The strategy ofimplementing the character of the value character of caring for the environment ofstudents is applied through self-development programs, integration in subjects, schoolprograms and process development, (3) The role of government agencies in planningand implementing the character of caring for the environment, namely by establishingcooperation.
