Analyzing Service Excellent Quality Product for The Performance Business Company in Garuda Maintanance Fasility (Study at PT. GMF AeroAsia)
Abstract
This study aims to explain the influence of innovation and product quality to thebusiness performance of PT. GMF AeroAsia. Either partially or simultaneously(together). In this study, the population and the sample is a consumer of PT. GMFAeroAsia totaling 50 respondents. Using quantitative research and samplingtechniques were used, namely, incidental sampling.The results of this study indicate that partially the innovation and product qualityvariables have a significant positive effect on business performance.
