APPLICATION OF ARCHIVE SYSTEM IN BATANG CEMERLANG COOPERATIVE

Documents owned by organizations have a very big and important role because they help leaders in decision-making to achieve the desired goals and carry out operational activities. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to have good and effective document management and easy to rediscover archives, so an archive system application is needed that aims to manage archives and store archives digitally. The archive system application was created to assist the Batang Cemerlang Cooperative in storing archives digitally and rescuing archives. This application was created using the waterfall method and the research and development (R&D) method. There are five stages in creating an application system, namely analysis, design, testing, implementation and evaluation. The result of this research is an archive application that is easy to use by users, able to store archives digitally and can be accessed anywhere so as to help leaders in decision-making. In conclusion, this application is very helpful for the Batang Cemerlang Cooperative in storing archives and saving archives from damage. The hope for further research is the development of an archive system application to maintain effectiveness and work efficiency.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in the country's economic development of the country. This scientific paper aims to explain about development of MSMEs, the importance of optimizing the role of the masjid as a center for MSMEs development through the OMOP (One Masjid One Product) program. That’s all community economic activities will be centered in the masjid. It is intended that masjid functions as a place to perform prayer services, as well as a place to strengthen the community, education and social cooperation among the community. Writing this research the writing of this research uses library research, namely taking from documents, articles, journals, writings, images, or monumental works. Articles, journals, writings, images, or monumental works belonging to someone related to MSMEs, an explanation of the implementation of the sharia economic empowerment program, education, and social cooperation. Related to masjid-based MSMEs empowerment. Masjid Jogokaryan is one of the masjids in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. This masjid can develop various programs to improve the social and economic welfare of the congregation and the community. Community. Overall, this paper discusses how masjids can become an effective center of economic empowerment through structured programs, having a good standard of programs, establishing BUMM, and developing MSMEs. PUBLIC POLICY TO ADDRESS ECONOMIC INEQUALITY IN BENGKULU: CASE STUDIES AND SOLUTIONS

Economic inequality in Indonesia, including in Bengkulu Province, is a complex problem that affects social welfare and economic stability. This study aims to analyze public policies that have been implemented to address economic inequality in Bengkulu, with a focus on infrastructure development, education, health, and poverty alleviation programs. This study uses a qualitative approach with case studies in several areas in Bengkulu that represent economic inequality. Secondary data were obtained from official reports from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the Ministry of Development of Disadvantaged Regions, and other sources. The results of the study indicate that although various policies have been implemented, such as infrastructure development and increasing access to education, inequality between regions, especially between urban and rural areas, is still quite significant. In addition, poverty alleviation programs and MSME empowerment have a positive impact, but are not yet optimal in equalizing the distribution of welfare. Evaluation of existing policies shows the importance of improvements in implementation and collaboration between the government, society, and the private sector. More integrated and sustainable policy recommendations are needed to reduce economic inequality and create more equitable development in Bengkulu.

This research aims to determine the influence of sales promotion and product innovation on purchasing decisions. This research is quantitative descriptive research. The population of this research is all Chatime consumers at the Sun Plaza Medan branch. The sample for this research was 110 people who were determined using the purposive sampling method. Primary data was obtained using a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that sales promotion and product innovation have a significant effect on purchasing decisions of Chatime consumers at the Sun Plaza Medan branch.

Flexible Working Space is an innovative approach in human resource management that gives employees the freedom to choose their work location according to their needs and comfort. One common application of Flexible Working Space is an office with an open office concept, where partitions between desks are removed to create a more open, collaborative, and informal work environment. This study aims to analyze the effect of Flexible Working Space on employee performance at BPS-Statistik Deli Serdang Regency, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The population of this study was all civil servants at BPS-Statistik Deli Serdang Regency, with a sample of 36 respondents selected using the purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and document studies, and analyzed using structural equality modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS as an analysis tool. The results showed that Flexible Working Space has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. These findings indicate that providing flexibility in determining work locations can improve employee performance, especially if supported by a high level of job satisfaction. This study also provides recommendations for management to improve supporting facilities and adaptation programs that can further strengthen the impact of Flexible Working Space on employee performance.

Self-efficacy is an important factor in improving individual performance through confidence in the ability to complete a given task. Job satisfaction is hypothesized to mediate the relationship between self-efficacy and employee performance. This research aims to analyze the influence of self-efficacy on employee performance at BPS Langkat Regency, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population of this study includes all Civil Servants at BPS-Statistik Langkat Regency. A total of 36 respondents were selected as samples using the purposive sampling method. Data was collected through questionnaires and documentation studies, then analyzed using the structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the help of Smart PLS software. The research results show that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. These findings highlight the importance of developing self-efficacy to improve job satisfaction and overall employee performance. Recommended strategies through training and development, as well as creating an environment that supports increasing self-confidence.

Nowadays, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure is mandatory for public companies and one of the strategies used by companies to improve reputation with stakeholders, which is expected to have a positive impact on financial performance. This study aims to determine the effect of credit risk, interest rate risk, liquidity, operational risk and environmental performance on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure. The population in this study includes all financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. The sample was selected based on the purposive sampling method, so that the companies sampled were 13 banks with a total of 65 data observations. This study uses Non-Performing Loans (NPL) as a variable measure of credit risk. The variable of interest rate risk is measured by the Internal Rate Of Return (IRR), operational risk variables are measured by Operating Expenditure to Operating Income (BOPO) and environmental performance is measured using ESG scores specifically on environmental criteria. The results of this study show that credit risk has no effect on CSR disclosure. However, other variables namely interest rate risk, operational risk and environmental performance have a relationship that can affect CSR disclosure.

The Fourth Industrial Revolution and the rapid acceleration of digital transformation, especially post-pandemic, have compelled various industries, including gas stations (SPBU), to adopt digital technologies to enhance operational effectiveness. Recent phenomena, such as the rise of cashless transactions, automated inventory management, and the Internet of Things (IoT), reflect a growing demand for efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction in service sectors. This study aims to analyze the impact of digital integration on SPBU operational effectiveness using a systematic literature review (SLR) approach. Data were collected from relevant scientific journals over the last decade, focusing on digitalization in energy and public service industries. The findings reveal that digital technology adoption—such as electronic payment systems, IoT-based fuel monitoring, and ERP-driven inventory optimization—significantly improves operational performance. Key improvements include faster service delivery, cost efficiency, and enhanced inventory accuracy, contributing to higher customer satisfaction. However, challenges persist, such as high investment costs and workforce adaptability to digital systems. This study offers practical recommendations for SPBU managers to align with emerging digital trends, ensuring competitiveness and operational excellence in an increasingly digital economy.

DISCRIMINATION IN DIGITAL RECRUITMENT AGAINST VULNERABLE GROUPS: A CASE STUDY IN MEDAN

Digital recruitment offers ease of access and efficiency in job searching but still poses challenges, particularly the risk of discrimination that negatively impacts vulnerable groups, such as women and older individuals. This study focuses on the impact of discrimination in digital recruitment on vulnerable groups in Medan. Using a qualitative method with in-depth interviews involving 15 job seekers, the findings reveal that discrimination in the form of age limits, gender preferences, and physical requirements significantly affects their psychological and economic well-being. Psychological impacts include diminished self-confidence, anxiety, and feelings of helplessness, frequently experienced by job seekers from these groups. Economically, such discrimination narrows employment opportunities, prolongs unemployment periods, and hinders financial stability. Additionally, the lack of transparency and feedback from companies exacerbates these effects, creating frustration and mistrust in the recruitment system.This research underscores the importance of reforming digital recruitment policies to ensure a more inclusive, fair process based on applicants' skills and experience.

Epistemologically, the digital economy has moved from static, historical data analysis to dynamic, real-time data analytics, empowering businesses to make faster, more informed decisions. Axiologically, the values of market analysis have evolved from a narrow focus on efficiency and resource allocation to a broader emphasis on innovation, inclusivity, and sustainability. This research aims to analyze the influence of Employee Innovativeness on the Employee Performance of Perumda Tirtanadi Sunggal employees through Transformational Leadership as an intervening variable. Beginning entrepreneurs face various challenges when building a business. An effective approach is to equip them with the necessary mindset, knowledge, and skills through training programs. Bunda Produktif is a digital training program aimed at fostering emerging entrepreneurs. Although digital training has grown rapidly, there have been no systematic studies evaluating the relationship between training programs and start-up entrepreneurial success, particularly regarding housewives participating in the program. This study aims to assess the impact of digital training on start-up entrepreneurial success one year after completing the training. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach that combined data from observations, in-depth interviews, training documentation, survey results, and content analysis to explore the program's impact on participants. The findings indicate that the digital training significantly contributed to building entrepreneurial courage, increasing self-confidence, and encouraging housewives' participation in entrepreneurial activities, resulting in an improved family economy. However, the results also suggest that the training program needs to be tailored to the specific needs of the participants, particularly in mastering knowledge related to production, digital marketing, and financial management to enhance their business success. Overall, the training effectively improved the mothers' digital skills, time management, social engagement, and leadership abilities, contributing to women's overall empowerment. This research provides valuable insights for developing more effective digital-based entrepreneurship training programs to support the growth of beginning entrepreneurs among women.

ANALYSIS OF FACTORS AFFECTING SELF-LEADERSHIP OF JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL TEACHERS IN SOUTH NIAS

This study examines the factors that influence the self-leadership of junior high school teachers in South Nias. Self-leadership is essential for effective leadership. The research, conducted on 333 junior high school teachers in South Nias Regency, reveals that, overall, the teachers exhibit a good level of self-leadership. The strongest relationship among the self-leadership factors is between Constructive Thought Pattern Strategies and Behavior-Focused Strategies. In contrast, the weakest relationship is found between Constructive Thought Pattern Strategies and Natural Reward Strategies. This study employs a quantitative research method, with confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) used to analyze the measurement model. The instrument used is an adaptation of The Revised Self-Leadership Questionnaire, designed around self-leadership strategies: Behavior-Focused Strategies, Natural Reward Strategies, and Constructive Thought Pattern Strategies.

ENHANCING THE CHILDREN CULTURAL LITERACY THROUGH POPULAR DAYAK MAANYAN FABLES IN PALANGKA RAYA

This activity aims to introduce and preserve the local culture of the Dayak Maanyan through the reading of popular fables to children at the Amanda Orphanage in Palangka Raya City, Central Kalimantan. The fable reading serves as a means to enhance cultural literacy among the children. This community service method involves interactive storytelling of Dayak Maanyan fables, designed to teach cultural values and foster children's imagination and critical thinking skills. Success indicators include the number of active participants, their understanding of local culture, increased creativity and expression, as well as feedback from the participants and orphanage administrators. Through this activity, it is expected that orphanage children will gain a deeper understanding of and appreciation for the Dayak Maanyan cultural heritage, contributing to its preservation.

FOOTBALL LEARNING INNOVATION: THE EFFECTIVENESS OF EDUCATIONAL GAMES TO IMPROVE UNDERSTANDING OF BASIC PASSING TECHNIQUES IN HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

Advances in information technology have created opportunities to incorporate digital media, such as educational game media, into learning. Physical education learning, especially football, is also one of the favorite subjects of students. However, students' basic abilities, especially the ability to understand football passing in physical education subjects, are still relatively low. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of using educational games as a learning medium to improve students' understanding of basic passing techniques. The researcher used a quantitative descriptive method with a sample of 93 students from two schools, namely SMA N 1 Banyudono and SMK N 1 Banyudono. Data were collected through observation and surveys using a four-point Likert type questionnaire. The results of this study show that most students have not understood the basic passing techniques in the game of football, most of the students do not agree with the understanding of the basic passing techniques in football, or I answered that I do not agree. However, the survey also found that as many as 50.9% of students agreed that the use of educational games can help students improve their learning in the game of football passing, with 47.4% strongly agreeing. Educational games provide an interactive and fun learning experience, which stimulates students' interest, motivates them to learn, and makes it easier for them to understand the concepts being taught.

This study examines the transformative role of blockchain and artificial intelligence (AI) in modernizing Indonesia's governance system, drawing on the success stories of Estonia and South Korea. Unlike previous research that focuses on isolated technological adoption, this paper presents a novel integration framework tailored to Indonesia’s socio-political landscape. The primary objective is to identify how blockchain and AI can address challenges such as bureaucratic inefficiencies, corruption, and lack of public trust, while fostering a more inclusive and transparent governance model. The research was motivated by Indonesia's urgent need for sustainable governance reform amid rapid digitalization and increasing public demand for accountability. Using a comparative case study methodology, the paper evaluates Estonia's blockchain-based e-governance initiatives and South Korea's AI-driven public services. The findings reveal that Indonesia can benefit from implementing blockchain for digital identity, land registration, and anti-corruption efforts, while leveraging AI for smart cities, predictive healthcare, and data-driven policy-making. However, the study also identifies limitations, such as inadequate digital infrastructure, regulatory barriers, and cultural resistance to change. Future research should explore the long-term sustainability of digital governance models and expand the scope to regional governance applications. This paper contributes to the discourse by offering actionable insights and a roadmap for Indonesia's digital transformation, providing lessons applicable to other developing nations.

STUDENTS' AND TEACHERS' PERCEPTIONS OF LEARNING AND E-LEARNING MEDIA ON PTERIDOPHYTES

The need for students and teachers for e-learning media becomes an urgency during the distance learning period, especially in Biology materials that are not possible to access directly due to several conditions. One of them is Pteridophyta material. This material will be more meaningful if taught directly by observing the concrete object. However, access to direct objects is not easy. Therefore, it is necessary to develop e-learning. How the perception of the needs of students and teachers related to e-learning media on Pterydophyta material needs to be known to be the basis of development, so it is necessary to conduct a survey. This study aims to determine the perception of the needs of high school teachers and students related to e-learning media on Pteridophyta learning. The instrument used consists of 18 Likert scale questionnaire items 1-4 with indicators, namely expected conditions, actual conditions, and solutions. The student survey was given to 246 students in grades X and XI of three randomly selected schools. Meanwhile, the survey to teachers was given to 6 Biology teachers from the same three schools. The three schools are located close to the KGPAA Mangkunagoro I Forest Park which is one of the Pteridophyta conservation sites. Based on Rasch analysis, the instrument was considered valid and reliable. The results showed that students and teachers consider that Pteridophyta material is difficult to understand so they need Pteridophyta e-learning media in their learning. Students prefer a web design that has complete features, specifications and images.

Time and cost limitations are the main obstacles when looking for information related to universities no longer need to be done offline or directly, in the digital age that is now taking place social media is one of the main methods of finding news and information. This study aims to determine the effect of digital marketing and E-WOM on the decision to choose a university (UMKT). The Subject are the students of undergraduated program of Management UMKT. This research uses quantitative analysis. The sample used in this study was 130 respondents who were taken by non- probability sampling method using purposive sampling. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire in the form of a google form link. The results of this study indicate that digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on the decision to choose a university, and E- WOM has a positive and significant effect on the decision to choose a university.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of character-based puzzle media in increasing tolerance in grade IV elementary school students. The method used is descriptive qualitative using literature study as a data collection technique. The application of character-based puzzle media in social studies learning in elementary school can help students increase tolerance, strengthen understanding of cultural differences and increase cooperation. The results showed that character-based puzzle media helps students understand differences and diversity in a concrete way and can increase cooperation between students. Through puzzle solving activities, students learn to work together and listen to other people's opinions in achieving common goals. Strong cooperation is an important asset in students' social life. Therefore, this character-based puzzle learning media can be widely implemented in social studies learning in elementary school to enrich students' learning experiences and form a more tolerant generation.

This study examines the impact of integrating environmental and social goals into human resource (HR) practices on employee performance, with employee engagement as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative research design, data were collected from 95 employees at PT Kartanegara Energi Perkasa and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that environmental goals integration influences employee performance indirectly through engagement, while social goals integration has both direct and indirect effects. These results underscore the critical role of sustainability-oriented HR practices in fostering employee engagement and enhancing organizational performance. By bridging the gap between sustainability initiatives and workforce outcomes, this study contributes to the literature on sustainable HR practices, emphasizing the strategic value of integrating environmental and social goals in workforce management. Practical implications suggest that organizations should prioritize employee engagement as a key driver in aligning ESG objectives with performance outcomes. Future research should explore these relationships across different industries and cultural settings to expand the generalizability of the findings.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotion, trust and brand image on purchasing decisions for users of the TikTok shop application in Samarinda City. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived promotion, trust, and brand image on purchasing decisions for the TikTok shop application in Samarinda City. The strategy used in this research is a quantitative research strategy. The population and sample of this study were tiktok shop users who had shopped online at tiktok shop more than once, totaling 100 respondents using purposive sampling. The analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, partial test and coefficient of determination analysis. The results showed that the Promotion variable had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, the Trust variable had a significant effect on purchasing decisions and the Brand Image variable had a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

This study investigates the mediating role of supply chain integrations (SCI) in the relationship between digital marketing and business performance among small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Samarinda. MSMEs face increasing challenges in adapting to rapidly evolving digital landscapes while maintaining efficient supply chain processes. This research aims to determine how digital marketing strategies influence business performance and whether SCI serves as a critical mechanism in enhancing this impact. The study employs a quantitative research approach, utilising a structured survey distributed to MSMEs in Samarinda. Data were analyzed using Smart-PLS to evaluate the direct and indirect relationships among the variables. Results indicate that digital marketing positively impacts both SCI and business performance. This study examines the mediating role of supply chain integration (SCI) in the relationship between marketing capability and business performance in micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Samarinda City. MSMEs face increasing pressure to enhance their business performance while navigating dynamic market environments. This study investigates the impact of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) on organizational performance, with employee engagement and team innovation serving as mediating variables. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 90 employees of PT. Graha Prima Energy and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that DEI significantly influences team innovation, which, in turn, positively affects organizational performance. However, the mediating role of employee engagement was found to be insignificant in this relationship. These results underscore the importance of fostering team innovation as a key mechanism through which DEI drives organizational success. The study contributes to the existing body of knowledge by highlighting the varying mediating effects of employee engagement and team innovation, providing practical insights for organizations aiming to optimize DEI strategies. This study aims to analyze the influence of price, product quality, and transaction security on customer satisfaction on the Tokopedia e-commerce platform in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach with 216 respondents selected through purposive sampling, the findings reveal that all three independent variables positively and significantly affect customer satisfaction. Transaction security is the most dominant factor, followed by product quality and price. The implications of this study highlight the importance of competitive pricing strategies, consistent product quality, and enhanced transaction security systems to improve customer satisfaction. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for developing e-commerce marketing strategies and contribute to the literature on marketing management in Indonesia.

In purchasing, consumers want to find convenience and practical purchasing, so service providers must be more innovative and able to provide marketing services needed by today's consumers. the purpose of this study is to provide insight for online shopping service providers, especially the Shopee application, on factors that influence their consumer purchase intention, such as innovativeness, perceived ease of use and social media marketing which is mediated by customer satisfaction. A total of 200 participants were involved in this study. The participants were purposively selected based on accidental random sampling who use Shoppe application. Partial Least Squares (PLS) 4 was used to process the data. Seven different hypotheses were raised in this research. The research findings show that innovativeness, perceived ease of use and social media marketing have significant effect on customer satisfaction and only social media marketing have no significant effect on purchase intention. These results help shoppe applications to extend their social media marketing, and also continuously innovate so that consumers find it easy to use.

Digital transformation with moral values, basic education can prepare a better generation to face future challenges. The old paradigm about the four teacher competencies can be adjusted to the preparation of elementary school teacher competency readiness in the era of society 5.0. The challenges of society 5.0 are innovation and creativity, especially educational products, namely superior human resources. This research was conducted in Elementary Schools in the South Jakarta area. The qualitative research approach chosen with the descriptive method describes the results of the analysis including; the competency readiness of elementary school teachers and also the strategic role they have in responding to the challenges of the 5.0 era. Thus, research informants are needed, namely the Principal, Vice Principal and also Elementary School Teachers in the South Jakarta area by conducting observations at schools and interviews with informants. Thus, the results of the study show that the standards of educators and education personnel have increased from 2016 to 2017, but have decreased in 2018. While the standards of facilities and infrastructure have decreased from year to year. The absence of an increase from year to year in these two standards can be caused by the suboptimal filling of the Basic Education Data (Dapodik). Education Era 5.0 focuses on the development of relevant and adaptive skills, such as critical skills, problem solving, creativity, and strong digital literacy. era society 5.0, where in this era society lives side by side with technology and the internet in everyday life and activities. Elementary school teachers who must know the level and development of students, teachers can design, implement, and evaluate educational programs that are appropriate to the level of student development (Azam, 2016). Therefore, it can be concluded that 5 competencies are needed that teachers must have, namely educational competence, competence for technological commercialization, competence of globalization, competence in the future strategies, and counselor competence (Qusthalani, 2019).

This study analyzes the impact of Trust in Product and Trust in Platform on consumers' purchase intention in TikTok Live Shopping in Samarinda. Using a quantitative approach, data from 105 active TikTok Live Shopping users were collected via online questionnaires and analyzed through multiple linear regression. The results reveal that Trust in Product and Trust in Platform positively and significantly influence purchase intention. Trust in Product is built through transparent demonstrations during live streams, while Trust in Platform is shaped by secure and reliable features. These findings support prior research that identifies trust as a key factor driving consumers' purchase intention in live-stream-based e- commerce. This study suggests that TikTok Live Shopping managers and sellers enhance consumer trust through transparent product information, transaction security, and effective consumer interaction during live sessions. These strategies not only increase purchase intention but also foster consumer loyalty for future transactions.

This study analyzes the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) and price on consumer purchase decisions for Aerostreet shoes in Samarinda. A quantitative survey approach was employed, collecting data from 100 purposively selected respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple regression with SPSS version 26. Results revealed that both E-WOM and price significantly influence purchase decisions, both individually and simultaneously. E-WOM enhances consumer trust through reliable information dissemination and positive online reviews, while price significantly impacts decisions by aligning affordability with perceived product value. The synergy of E-WOM and price amplifies their impact, leading to higher purchase intentions. Insights from this study suggest that businesses should optimize E-WOM-based marketing strategies and adopt competitive pricing to strengthen market position and consumer engagement.

The sample obtained based on the criteria was 47 companies with the observation period 2019 - 2023, so the total observation data was 235 data. The data analysis technique used in this study uses panel data. In this study credit risk is measured using Non Performing loans (NPL), Profitability using Return On Equity (ROA), and bank financial stability ZScore. The results showed that credit risk has no significant effect on bank financial stability. Profitability has a positive and significant effect on bank financial stability.

In this study, Revenue Diversification is measured using Fee-Based Income (FBI), Profitability is measured using Return On Assets (ROA) and Bank Financial Stability is measured using (ZScore). The results of the study showed that Income Diversification has a negative and significant effect on Bank Financial Stability, while Profitability has a positive and significant effect on Bank Financial Stability.

This study investigates the adoption of ChatGPT in higher education, focusing on student usage patterns, perceived benefits, and ethical concerns. With the increasing integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in academia, understanding their role in enhancing or potentially hindering learning is critical. The primary issue addressed is the ethical dilemma posed by AI tools, including risks of academic dishonesty and over-reliance on automated systems. Meanwhile, digital literacy as moderation is able to strengthen the influence of financial technology and financial literacy on financial management, but is unable to strengthen the influence of self control on financial management.

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style on burnout levels among Civil Servants (PNS) at the Investment and One- Stop Integrated Services Office (DPMPTSP) in Samarinda City. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through an online questionnaire completed by 37 civil servants. The data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression to determine the relationship between transformational leadership style and burnout. The results revealed that transformational leadership style does not significantly affect burnout levels among civil servants in the institution. However, this leadership style still positively impacts aspects of employee motivation and engagement. This study highlights the importance of workload management and social support in efforts to reduce employee burnout.

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload on burnout levels among Civil Servants at the Investment and Integrated One-Stop Service Office of East Kalimantan Province. A quantitative method was applied, involving a population of 37 civil servants using saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using sample linier regression. The result indicate that workload significantly affects burnout, contributing to 64,1% of the variance. However, proper workload management in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) significantly reduces the risk of burnout. This research provides insight into human resource management to minimize burnout through improved workload management.

In the academic world, the problem of plagiarism is not new. This practice has become a serious threat to the integrity of science. In early 2018, the Ombudsman, a public service supervisory agency, reported a university official who was suspected of plagiarizing three of his scientific works. Through the use of the Turnitin application, a similarity level of up to 72% was found in the works. In this study, there are two problem formulations, namely, How is the Culture of Plagiarism in Indonesia and How is the Implementation of Anti-Plagiarism Policy in Indonesia. This article uses a literature study method, which involves collecting data by studying theories from relevant literature. The main cause of the rampant plagiarism in Indonesia is the mentality and culture of society that tends to want instant results and does not respect the intellectual work of others. The culture of respecting science and intellectual property rights has not been deeply rooted in society. Another contributing factor is the education system that has not supported creativity since early on. Students often complete their final assignments, such as theses or dissertations, by citing many references, especially from the internet, without citing the original sources. They ignore the appreciation for the hard work of the authors of the reference sources. As an anticipatory measure, the government through DIKTI has issued a number of policies, including the Regulation of the Minister of National Education Number 17 of 2010 concerning the Prevention and Handling of Plagiarism in Higher Education. Law Number 20 of 2003 and Law Number 12 of 2014 concerning Higher Education regulate sanctions in the form of revocation of degrees if scientific works that are a requirement for graduation are proven to be plagiarized. In addition, Law Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers regulates sanctions against violations of lecturer professionalism, although it does not explicitly mention plagiarism. Meanwhile, Law Number 19 of 2002 concerning Copyright states that the use of copyrighted works for education is not considered a violation if the name of the creator is still included.

Technological developments have changed Generation Z's consumption patterns and financial transactions. Digital payment methods have become widely used due to their conveniences and additional benefits, such as discounts and cashback. Digital payment is an innovative transaction method offering convenience and promotions, while price remains a crucial factor in purchasing decisions. This research used quantitative methods, collecting data through questionnaires from 100 respondents selected via proportionate stratified random sampling. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression tests in SPSS software. The results showed that digital payments significantly and positively influenced purchasing decisions, with a regression coefficient of 0.215. The price factor had a more dominant influence, with a regression coefficient of 0.769. These two variables explained 56.2% of purchasing decision variability, indicating that digital payment methods and price are significant factors in Gen Z's coffee shop purchasing decisions.

Food security is a strategic issue in Indonesia's development, especially with the increasing need for food along with population growth. This study aims to analyze the effect of population, gross domestic product (GDP), inflation, and forest land on food security in Indonesia using the Error Correction Model (ECM) on time series data 2000–2021. The results of the study indicate that only forest land has a significant negative effect. The model also shows a significant long-term equilibrium adjustment mechanism, with an ECT of -0.4496. This finding confirms the importance of the long-term relationship of these variables in determining food security. In addition, these results indicate that forest land management needs to be carried out carefully so as not to disrupt food availability. This study provides a basis for policy makers to formulate a more sustainable food security strategy in the future.

Brick is one of Indonesia's cultural heritages that has existed since the Majapahit era and is rich in meaning and philosophical values. To this day, bricks have spread across various regions with unique designs. The process of making bricks is often taught in arts and technical subjects at the university level. However, brick-making can be integrated into high school physics subjects. This study aims to identify STEAM aspects in the brick-making process and examine the physics lessons embedded in it, which can be used to develop teaching media for students. The research method used is qualitative with descriptive analysis based on the Miles and Huberman model. The sampling technique employed purposive sampling, with data collected through observations, in-depth interviews, personal documentation, and literature studies. The results show that the Majapahit local wisdom site, particularly the brick-making process, encompasses STEAM aspects and various physics concepts that can serve as engaging topics for developing high school physics teaching media.

This study, titled “The Influence of Emotional Intelligence and Intrinsic Motivation on Performance,” aims to examine how Emotional Intelligence and Intrinsic Motivation affect employee performance. The research employs a descriptive approach, with data analyzed using multiple regression analysis through SPSS. The population consists of 91 permanent employees of Catholic University of Saint Thomas, and the sampling method used is saturated sampling, encompassing all 91 individuals. The results of the multiple regression analysis reveal that Intrinsic Motivation has the most significant impact on employee performance, contributing 38.2%. In addition, the coefficient of determination (R²) indicates a value of 0.385, meaning that Emotional Intelligence and Intrinsic Motivation collectively explain 38.5% of the variance in performance. The remaining 61.5% is attributed to other variables not included in the study.

This study examines the influence of adaptive selling and the quality of sales territory design on retail bond sales performance, with selling experience as an intervening variable. The research focuses on sales professionals at Bank Jateng in the Central Java and Yogyakarta regions. Using a purposive sampling technique, 120 respondents were selected to participate in the survey. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to determine the relationships between variables. The findings reveal that adaptive selling significantly enhances selling experience, which in turn mediates its effect on sales performance. Furthermore, a well-designed sales territory positively impacts both selling experience and overall sales outcomes. This research underscores the importance of adaptive selling practices and strategic sales territory design as critical factors in optimizing retail bond sales performance. The results provide valuable insights for improving sales strategies in banking and financial services.

However, current GDP-based economic indicators are slow to compile, taking months to release. This delay makes GDP growth unsuitable for timely policy decisions. A faster economic indicator is needed, one that correlates with official GDP, uses open data, and maintains historical consistency for predictive purposes. Big data, including shipping data, population mobility, and sentiment analysis, is being used to predict economic growth in near real- time. Air travel, a significant mode of transport in trade and tourism, has shown strong correlations with economic growth. Research indicates that the presence of airports and increased flight frequencies contribute to local economic activity. Flight data, which forms a global network between airports, can be modeled as a graph, where nodes represent airports and edges represent flight connections. Using graph analysis methods, these connections can be explored, and representation learning can automatically generate vector embeddings for nodes, simplifying
the analysis of large and complex networks. These embeddings can be further used in machine learning models for economic predictions.

Innovation, job creation, wealth creation, regional growth, productivity increase, market competition, FDI attractiveness, and cultural and social advancement are all facilitated by entrepreneurship, which is a major force behind economic development. Around the world, entrepreneurship is a dynamic force driving economic progress. It embodies the spirit of innovation, risk-taking, and resource mobilization, driving economies forward through the creation of new businesses, products, and services. As economies evolve in an increasingly interconnected world, the role of entrepreneurship becomes ever more prominent in shaping growth trajectories, job creation, wealth distribution, and societal progress. Policymakers, corporate executives, and other stakeholders may create plans to support entrepreneurial ecosystems, lower entry barriers, and create an atmosphere that encourages innovation and expansion by acknowledging the significant influence of entrepreneurship on economic development. Embracing entrepreneurship as a cornerstone of economic policy enables nations to unlock their full potential, creating pathways to prosperity for present and future generations. The objective of this review study was to determine the impact of entrepreneurship on the economic development. To achieve the intended objectives, research and review articles were searched on the major databases including Scopus, Web of Science and ERIC by defining the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The inclusion criteria were to find the articles having the title impact of entrepreneurship on the economic development. Initially, 39 articles were found related to the topic. The duplicate records were also removed and after removing the duplicate articles, 30 articles remained. The articles based on abstract review, not relevant and not in English were also removed. After removing these articles, 22 articles were remained. The exclusion criteria were also set and only the articles were included that have full text access. So, finally 10 articles were finalized and included in the study. The articles finalized reviewed and the results of the study indicated that entrepreneurship has a positive effect of the economic development of a country.

Technological developments have radically changed how individuals, communities, and surroundings interact. The mobilization of digital technologies, such as robots, to aid the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of new technology has caused a significant evolution in teaching and learning approaches. Because AI technology has developed so quickly in recent years, its applicability in educational settings is becoming more and more evident. A few uses of educational AI include intelligent tutoring robots, smart campuses, teacher assessment, adaptive learning, and virtual classrooms. The objectives of this article were: to determine the role of intelligent educational robots in creating problem-based personalized learning environments in education and to determine how intelligent educational robots can be used as learning tools. To achieve the intended objectives of the study, a review of the literature was searched on different databases by using the inclusion and exclusion criteria. ANALYSIS OF STUDENTS' MATHEMATICAL REASONING ABILITY ACHIEVEMENTS USING RESOURCE-BASED LEARNING

Mathematical reasoning ability is an important competency that underlies problem solving and drawing logical conclusions in mathematics learning. However, many students still face difficulties in developing this ability, especially if the learning process does not support exploration and active involvement. The Resource-Based Learning (RBL) learning model is proposed as an alternative that can overcome this challenge. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach to analyze the effectiveness of RBL in improving students' mathematical reasoning ability. A total of 115 students were selected through a saturated sampling method. Data were obtained through the Prior Mathematical Knowledge Test (PAM) and the Inductive Reasoning Test, which grouped students into high, medium, and low groups. The results showed that the Transductive Reasoning indicator had the highest achievement in all categories, with students in the high group recording an average score of 95.69%, the medium group 87.70%, and the low group 82%. In contrast, Analogical Reasoning showed the lowest achievement, with an average score of 30.17% (high achievement), 17.62% (medium), and 9% (low). The Generalization Reasoning and Relational Reasoning indicators recorded relatively high achievements, reflecting students' ability to analyze patterns and draw general conclusions from limited data. RBL has been shown to be effective in improving mathematical reasoning skills by encouraging exploration of learning resources, collaboration between students, and critical discussion. These results confirm that the RBL learning model is able to support the development of students' mathematical reasoning skills at various levels of achievement, with special focus needed on improving lower indicators such as Analogical Reasoning.

Cigarette products, both kretek and filter types, are widely consumed by the Indonesian people. There are 70 million active smokers. Cigarettes are a source of foreign exchange for the country, state revenue from cigarette excise taxes reached IDR 183.2 trillion in August 2024. This study intends to analyze the brand loyalty of smokers, namely the factors that drive loyalty to a brand or the influence of switching to another brand. The research method used is mixed methods because it will examine two aspects, namely quantitative and qualitative aspects. Brand loyalty is personal/individual because it concerns taste, prestige and so on. One of the dominant factors is the increase in cigarette prices from 2022 to the present. The increase was due to a 10% increase in excise rates. The results of the study show that most smokers who are not loyal switch to cheap cigarettes. They consider purchasing cigarette products not from taste or prestige but from an economic perspective. This disloyalty is caused, mainly, by the decreasing purchasing power of the community. Therefore, considerations for increasing cigarette excise rates need to be studied in depth and holistically.

This study aims to determine the effect of social media on destination branding in South Sulawesi. The samples taken in this study were 60 respondents who were people in various districts in South Sulawesi. This research method uses a quantitative approach, whose data management uses SmartPLS software to test the relationship between research variables or prove the hypothesis of the influence of social media (facebook, instagram, and tiktok) on destination branding in South Sulawesi. The results showed that the results of the reliability test for each variable in this study had a value greater than 0.70, this indicates that the reliability test on all variables is satisfactory. However, the hypothesis test on one of the variables was rejected from the three variables used.

ANALYZING PHYSICS EDUCATION STUDENTS' MISCONCEPTIONS ON LINEAR MOTION CONCEPTS USING A 4-TIER DIAGNOSTIC TEST

This study aims to identify and analyze misconceptions among physics education students. The research employed a descriptive quantitative-qualitative method with a sample of 66 Physics Education students. The instruments used included a 4-tier diagnostic test and interview guidelines. The findings revealed that the average distribution for the SC (Students who understand the material) category was 44%, LK (Students lacking knowledge) was 25%, and MSC (Students with deep misconceptions) was 31%. A total of 76% of students exhibited a low level of misconceptions, 24% displayed a medium level of misconceptions, and no students were categorized as having a high level of misconceptions. Misconceptions were most frequently observed in topics such as speed, velocity, uniform rectilinear motion (URM), and uniformly accelerated rectilinear motion (UARM). Based on interview results, students with high levels of misconceptions primarily relied on everyday experiences for their understanding, while students with a high level of comprehension tended to have teaching experience.

This study aims to determine the level of community participation in the development planning deliberation (Musrenbang) process in Pusaka Rakyat Village and identify factors that influence community involvement. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, with research subjects including village officials, community leaders, and residents who participated in the deliberation. Data collection was conducted through interviews with informants directly involved and existing documentation. Data analysis was conducted by reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that community participation in the Musrenbang in Pusaka Rakyat Village is quite high, especially from community leaders and residents aged 50 years and above, although the participation of young and vulnerable groups is still low. The main factor influencing participation is the unmet needs of the community, especially related to infrastructure and public facilities. Community involvement in musrenbang affects the effectiveness of development planning and implementation, with a positive impact on the determination of development priorities and project supervision to avoid budget misuse. Evaluation of participation is conducted to improve the quality of future development projects, with better community involvement.

This research aims to analyze the transformation of education in the digital era with a focus on the application of 21st century skills (4C: Critical Thinking, Creativity, Collaboration, and Communication) at SMK Negeri 1 Gunungsitoli. The urgency of the research lies in the need to prepare students to be able to adapt to the increasingly complex and technology-based demands of the modern world of work. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The research location was SMK Negeri 1 Gunungsitoli, with the main informants consisting of teachers, students, and school management. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and analysis of relevant documents. The results show that the transformation of education at SMK Negeri 1 Gunungsitoli has begun to be seen through the integration of digital technology in learning. Teachers use digital platforms such as Google Classroom and Zoom, while students are starting to be involved in technology-based activities to improve 4C skills. However, this study also found challenges such as the digital divide, low technological literacy and resistance to change, especially from some teachers. Nonetheless, there are opportunities for further transformation through the development of technology infrastructure, intensive training for teachers and support for inclusive school policies. This research contributes to the growing literature on educational transformation in the digital age, particularly in the context of vocational schools in remote areas. The findings provide practical insights for other schools in implementing technology-based learning to enhance 21st century skills.

This study aims to examine the impact of destination brand story on memorable tourism experiences and tourist satisfaction at Rumah Tjong A Fie. Using a quantitative survey approach with associative methodology, data were collected from 170 tourists who had visited the site. The research employed Likert-scale questionnaires to assess respondents’ perceptions and experiences. The findings reveal that destination brand story significantly influences both memorable tourism experiences and tourist satisfaction. The analysis also demonstrates that memorable tourism experiences mediate the relationship between destination brand story and tourist satisfaction. The results highlight the importance of effective storytelling in enhancing tourist engagement, satisfaction, and emotional connection with heritage sites. This study underscores the role of cultural narratives in creating memorable and meaningful experiences that contribute to the sustainability of heritage tourism.

This study aims to examine the impact of destination brand experience on revisit intention through tourist satisfaction as an intervening variable. Using a quantitative associative approach, the study targeted tourists who had previously visited a specific destination. A sample of 180 respondents was selected through purposive sampling. Primary data was collected via a questionnaire, while secondary data was obtained through documentary research. Data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS version 3.0 software. The findings reveal that destination brand experience positively and significantly influences tourist satisfaction, but has no significant effect on revisit intention. In contrast, tourist satisfaction was found to have a positive and significant effect on revisit intention. Furthermore, the study highlights that tourist satisfaction mediates the relationship between destination brand experience and revisit intention. These results offer practical implications for destination managers to focus on enhancing service quality and providing unique experiences that foster greater tourist satisfaction, which, in turn, increases the intention of repeat visits.

This study aims to explore learners' responses to the use of Pictory.AI to develop learning creativity in practicing the humanitarian value of Pancasila. The Pictory.AI platform uses artificial intelligence to convert text into illustrations and videos, creating video visualizations created by learners so that the video results can be understood and understood by everyone. The research method used is a descriptive technique with a mixed research approach (mixed method). The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation, questionnaires, and combined/triangulation. The results showed that Pictory.AI provides a learning experience that is both fun and effective. Other indicators that also recorded high average scores were Expressing Human Values (3.35) and Understanding Human Values (3.27). This shows that Pictory.AI not only supports the development of students' creativity but also facilitates their understanding and expression of the humanitarian value of Pancasila. Students not only understand the human value of Pancasila better and are able to express it through creative media. Technology-based learning also supports the development of 21st century skills, such as creativity, collaboration, and technology utilization. However, to maximize the benefits of this technology, additional assistance is needed for students who face technical obstacles or are less familiar with multimedia technology. Therefore, it is recommended to train teachers on the use of AI technology in education and develop technological infrastructure to support it in the educational environment. This joint effort will support the achievement of creative learning objectives in practicing the human values of Pancasila.

THE EXISTENCE OF KING HOO PING THROUGH CULTURAL REPRODUCTION IN THE SURAKARTA CONFUSIONAL COUNCIL COMMUNITY IN THE MODERN ERA

King Hoo Ping ancestral prayer is one of the main pillars of the cultural and spiritual identity of the Chinese Confucian community. This tradition faces various challenges of modernization and fragmentation of pluralism in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the process of cultural reproduction that occurs as a way to overcome these challenges. The study was conducted in the Surakarta Confucian Religious Assembly community. This type of research is qualitative, and data was obtained through interviews, observations, and literature studies. The study's results indicate that the reproduction process through the Surakarta MAKIN community forms the habitus of members by objectifying and materializing it into something recognizable. This is by re-presenting the King Hoo ping prayer tradition using symbols, procedures, meanings, and standard prayers. Objectification involves the exchange of cultural capital, social capital, and symbolic capital to support the reproduction process. This process will form individual habitus because there is the internalization of values and knowledge about the King Hoo Ping tradition. Habitus will be re-emphasized through MAKIN with the formation of social values, cultural values, and spiritual values. So the tradition of King Hoo Ping prayer is considered an integral part of their habits in their social life that must be maintained amidst the currents of modernization and pluralism. Although there are innovations in terms of offerings due to modernization factors, local cultural interaction factors, and family factors. However, in its implementation in general, the King Hoo Ping tradition maintains its purity and sustainability into the future.

This study aims to examine both partially and simultaneously the influence of marketing management aspects, which consist of promotion, ease of use, and product quality, on usage decisions. The type of research used is associative quantitative research. The population in this study consists of active students at Universitas Merdeka Madiun who own and use the Livin’ by Mandiri application, totaling 1,270 students. The sampling technique employed is purposive sampling, with data collected through the distribution of questionnaires, resulting in 100 respondents. Secondary data were obtained from the Academic Administration Bureau, internet sources, and journals. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination test (R²), and hypothesis testing using IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The findings based on the hypothesis testing indicate that promotion partially influences usage decisions, ease of use partially influences usage decisions, and product quality partially influences usage decisions. Furthermore, the variables of promotion, ease of use, and product quality simultaneously influence usage decisions.

This study aims to analyze the financial feasibility of procuring Computed Tomography Scan (CT-Scan) medical equipment at the Caruban Regional Public Hospital. In the context of improving the quality of healthcare services, this investment is expected to support government programs in enhancing the community's health status. The analysis methods used include Payback Period, Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Profitability Index (PI), and Return on Investment (ROI). The analysis results indicate that the procurement of the CT-Scan equipment is financially feasible, with a Payback Period showing an optimal payback time of 2.38 years and a positive NPV of IDR 505,022,716. The obtained IRR also indicates that the expected return is greater than the cost of capital (IRR of 25% > 9.48%). By using a PI of 1.72 and an ROI of 45.7%, this study provides a clear picture of the investment efficiency in improving the quality of services and the financial performance of the hospital. This research contributes to a better understanding of the application of investment analysis methods in the healthcare sector, while also providing recommendations for rational investment decision-making to enhance the effectiveness of hospital financial management.

One form of authority is in terms of tourism management contained in Article 12 paragraph (3) letter b of Law Number 23 Year 2014 concerning Regional Government. With this authority, the regional government has the right to establish policies to organize tourism management in its area. One of them is Karanganyar Regency which has a lot of tourism potential and there are 29 tourist villages. Therefore, the regulations and policies issued by the Regional Government must be based on the principle of sustainable tourism in accordance with the mandate of the Tourism Law and further contained in Permenparekraf Number 9 of 2021 concerning Sustainable Tourism Guidelines so that the ecological function of the forest is not disturbed. This study aims to analyze the regulation and implementation of tourism village management in the Karanganyar Regency forest area in implementing the principles of sustainable tourism. The method used in this research is normative legal research method, which is legal research from the point of view of applicable norms and is prescriptive. With the research approach used is a statutory approach and conceptual approach. The statutory approach is used to analyze the regulations related to the management of tourist villages in the forest area of Karanganyar Regency. While the conceptual approach is used to analyze legal issues in the management of forest area tourism villages that are associated with the hope of sustainable tourism.

This study examines the development planning process in Tambun Village, focusing on community participation through the Musrenbang forum. The purpose of this study is to see how community involvement affects development priorities and identify challenges faced during the planning process. Using qualitative methods, data were collected through interviews and literature studies. The findings show that social media plays an important role in facilitating communication and participation among villagers. The community is actively involved in discussions and decision- making, showing a sense of belonging to development initiatives. Challenges such as competing interests can be overcome through collaborative discussions, ensuring that all voices are heard. The study concludes that effective community participation results in more relevant and prioritized development plans, which ultimately contribute to the progress of villages and address local problems.

Critical thinking has become one of the essential skills needed in the era of globalization, especially in the context of education. This study aims to examine the trends, differences in mathematical critical thinking skills based on gender, and the factors influencing these differences through a systematic literature review (SLR) approach. The method follows the PRISMA guidelines, analyzing 31 articles from an initial 699 references published between 2014 and 2024. The findings indicate that female students excel in evaluation, detailed analysis, and reflection, while male students are more efficient and excel in interpretation and spatial visualization. These differences are influenced by cognitive styles, socio-cultural factors, and pedagogical approaches. The study also identifies regional and temporal trends. It concludes that gender-responsive teaching approaches can help reduce this gap and recommends evidence-based pedagogical interventions to optimize the development of students' critical thinking skills.

The results and discussion in this study show that children with physical disabilities require a holistic approach, such as the use of technology in graphic design and AI, to create marketable skills. This study aims to analyze the algebraic thinking skill of high school students with discovery learning model. The indicators of algebraic thinking skill are generalization, abstraction, dynamic thinking, analytic thinking, organizing, and modeling. Class X-2 at SMA Plus Ulumul Quran Al Mustofa was purposively chosen as the subject of the study, where the students had to answer the algebraic thinking skill test. Based on the test results, 1 student who got the highest score, 1 student who got a score around the average, and 1 student who got the lowest score were selected. The data were obtained from the results of tests and interviews. After the learning process with discovery learning model, students with the highest score are able to implement the generalization, abstraction, dynamic thinking, organizing, and modeling indicators in algebraic thinking skill. Students with scores around the average score are able to implement generalization and dynamic thinking indicators in algebraic thinking skill. The student with the lowest score was only able to implement the generalization indicator in algebraic thinking skill. The learning process influences students' algebraic thinking skills, so teachers are advised to be able to apply the right learning model to train and develop students' algebraic thinking skills.

This literature review examines the impact of SMIs and online reviews on tourism marketing, focusing on two primary research questions: (1) How do SMIs influence visit intentions? and (2) how reliable are online reviews for making travel decisions?. The method used is a literature review, analyzing research published in the last five years. The findings reveal that the influence of SMIs on visit intentions is multifaceted, incorporating factors such as attractiveness, expertise, content quality, and audience perception. Tourism marketers can optimize these insights by collaborating with influencers who align with their target audience preferences, ensuring engaging and persuasive content. Online reviews are considered a highly reliable tool for travel decision-making, particularly when tourists rely on trusted platforms, high ratings, and review usefulness, which includes visual and descriptive elements. Nonetheless, the reliability of online reviews may vary depending on brand equity and individual perceptions. Future research should explore the long-term effects of influencer marketing on destination loyalty and address ethical concerns related to sponsored content that may impact consumer trust. The implementation of the work-life balance concept in the workplace has become a strategic approach to enhancing employee loyalty, particularly in the creative SME sector. This study aims to analyze the perspective on the application of work-life balance in increasing employee loyalty at the creative media SME "Let's Graduate" in Samarinda City. The research employed a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with several employees as key informants.The findings indicate that flexible working hours, support for personal development, and a culture of open communication significantly influence employee loyalty. Employees feel valued as individuals and as part of the team, contributing to increased productivity and job satisfaction. However, challenges remain, particularly in creative roles that often require working beyond regular hours.The study concludes that the implementation of work-life balance at "Let's Graduate" is effective in enhancing employee loyalty. To sustain these positive impacts, the company is recommended to develop adaptive policies that support the balance between work and personal life, especially in managing work-related pressures in the creative sector.

The sampling technique used is the census method, with data collected by distributing questionnaires directly using a likert scale. The sample consists of 50 respondents. The variables in this study include three independent variables (x) Role Overload, Role Conflict, And Role Ambiguity, as well as one dependent variable (y) job stress. Data analysis was conducted using IBM SPSS software. The results indicate that role overload has a positive and significant effect on job stress, while role conflict does not have a significant effect on job stress. Additionally, role ambiguity has a positive and significant effect on job stress.

Sedulur Sikep adheres to their customary practices and order of life, which have been consistently upheld and passed down to the descendants and followers of Samin Surosentiko’s teachings. The progression of time has brought social changes to Sedulur Sikep. The study aims to understand the identity of Sedulur Sikep, the social changes they face, and the adaptation strategies they employ to continously adjust to these changes. This study used a qualitatve method with a phenomenological approach. The informants consisted of key informants and main informants. The key informants were Sedulur Sikep figures, while the main informants were members of Sedulur Sikep. The results of the study idicate that the identity of Sedulur Sikep lies in the tata cara and tatanan urip that they apply in their daily lives. The social changes faced by Sedulur Sikep are caused by several factors, including modernization, government policies, nd interactions with non-Sikep communities. In responding to social changes, Sedulur Sikep upholds the principle of “anut nanging ora katut” which means “following without being carried away.”

Mastery of Tajweed is essential in Quranic recitation to ensure readings align with proper rules. However, in Madrasah Diniyah, which serves as a non-formal Islamic educational institution, Tajweed learning faces significant challenges. This is evident in students' low proficiency in reciting the Quran with correct Tajweed. This study aims to identify the contributing factors and students’ needs at Madrasah Diniyah Addawam and Madrasah Diniyah Miftahul Huda concerning the use of gamification-based e-modules in Tajweed learning to enhance Quranic reading skills. A quantitative descriptive method was employed, involving 94 students from the two schools. Data collection was conducted through observations and surveys using dichotomous scale questionnaires. The findings indicate that most students encountered difficulties in understanding Tajweed and exhibited low learning motivation. External challenges include the dominance of traditional teaching methods and limited learning media. Despite these obstacles, students demonstrated high interest in gamification-based learning, with 93.3% of students at Madrasah Diniyah Addawam and 75% at Madrasah Diniyah Miftahul Huda expressing support. This suggests that gamification-based e-modules can enhance students' motivation, engagement, and understanding of Tajweed, leading to improved Quranic reading skills. Thus, the development and implementation of gamification-based e-modules offer an effective solution to improve the quality of Tajweed learning at Madrasah Diniyah Addawam and Madrasah Diniyah Miftahul Huda.

ECONOMIC ANALYSIS OF THE PROJECT DEVELOPMENT OF FLOATING SOLAR POWER PLANTS IN MRICA DAM, BANJARNEGARA

Solar Power Plants (PLTS) represent one of the systems that utilize renewable energy sources (RES) to generate electricity. The implementation of floating solar power plants (PLTS Terapung) in Indonesia remains relatively limited. To minimize investment losses due to the significant initial capital required for PLTS projects, a feasibility analysis, referred to as techno- economic analysis, is essential. The objective of this study was to evaluate the economic feasibility of investing in the construction of a Floating Solar Power Plant with a capacity of 56.6 MWp located within the operational area of PT PLN Indonesia Power UBP Mrica.The research employed a predictive quantitative method by collecting annual energy yield data during the 30-year operational period to estimate the energy output over the project's lifespan, assuming a solar panel capacity degradation rate of 0.4% per year. The parameters used in the analysis included Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Profitability Index (PI), and Payback Period (PP). The reference interest rate and inflation rate were based on data from Bank Indonesia, with an interest rate of 6% and inflation rate of 2.3%. The analysis results showed that the PLTS achieved an efficiency of 19.29%, a Capacity Factor of 19.84%, a Performance Ratio of 83.65%, and an annual energy yield during operation of 92.94 GWh. The economic indicators revealed an NPV of $10,837,499.35, an IRR of 8% (which exceeds the Minimum Attractive Rate of Return, MARR), a PI of 1.23, and a Payback Period achieved in the 12th year. These findings indicate that the investment in the Floating Solar Power Plant is feasible

To improve explanatory text writing skills and produce explanatory texts with proper and appropriate structures as learning achievements of phase C in learning Indonesian in elementary schools, this study looks at and evaluates the effectiveness of applying collaborative learning with brainwriting techniques. A qualitative research design and the literature study approach were used in this investigation. According to the findings of the review of these articles, students' writing abilities can be enhanced by using collaborative learning brainwriting strategies, which can help them become more creative and proficient in terms of ideas, text structure, word choice, and diction.

MENTAL HEALTH AND ECONOMIC WELL-BEING IN INDONESIA: A LITERATURE REVIEW FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF CIRCULAR AND CUMULATIVE CAUSATION

This study aims to examine the interrelationship between mental health and economic well-being in Indonesia based on analysis: (1) the interconnection of the mental health condition and economic well-being in the Indonesian setting, (2) the key mechanisms through which this relationship plays out in Indonesian society, and (3) how understanding the former can illuminate the latter, hence informing more effective policy interventions. The approach used in this research is qualitative-a narrative literature review. Materials subjected to research are articles published from 2015 to 2024 in major electronic databases such as Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, and JSTOR, and official reports published by Indonesian government agencies and international organizations. The results show a vicious circle created by a cumulative causation where poverty generates additional stress and anxiety, which reduces productivity, hence reducing income and creating a self-perpetuating circle. Some of the mechanisms put forward include cognitive load effects, social stigma, impacts on productivity, and how the COVID-19 pandemic has reinforced these dynamics. It identifies the following critical intervention points: full-scale social protection policy; increased mental health infrastructure via digital solutions; and building resilience among those most vulnerable. These findings hint at an integrated approach, where such linked mental health and economic challenges are pursued together through multisectoral interventions.

One of the oldest economic problems in Indonesia is regional disparity, especially with regard to the increasing gaps between Java and non-Java areas. While digitalization offers some promising prospects in this respect, recent studies suggest that it may even more firmly cement existing regional disparities due to self-reinforcing mechanisms. This study will, therefore, try to unravel how digital transformation is interacting with traditional development disparities in the universe of Java-biased development, examine processes whereby Circular and Cumulative Causation operates in the digital age, and finally devise evidence-based policy recommendations toward more even regional development. Using qualitative meta-synthesis methodology, this research analyzed Scopus-indexed papers from 2019-2024, following systematic approaches outlined by Sandelowski & Barroso for synthesizing qualitative findings. The results identify four interconnected components—digital infrastructure, human capital, economic activity, and institutional capacity—that create self-reinforcing cycles affecting regional development. Results also show how Java's dominance-57.04% of GDP compared to the 2.70% of Maluku-Papua-is further being consolidated through digital imbalances, reflected in disparate internet diffusion levels and trends of business digital uptake. The paper contributes theoretically by placing identification of key "breaking points" where focused interventions can break vicious self-reinforcing feedback cycles while making pragmatic policy suggestions on how to bring more balanced regional development to Indonesia's digital economy.

CEMENTLESS PLASTIC PAVING BLOCK INNOVATION FOR ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY PEDESTRIAN AREA UTILIZATION

Urban infrastructure development demands sustainable solutions to address environmental challenges, particularly in pedestrian areas where conventional cement-based paving blocks contribute to high carbon emissions and resource consumption. This study aims to develop and evaluate cementless plastic paving blocks as an eco-friendly alternative by utilizing recycled plastic waste. The research focuses on assessing the compressive strength and water absorption of paving blocks containing 25% recycled plastic. An experimental approach was employed, involving the fabrication and testing of samples. Compressive strength was measured using a Universal Testing Machine (UTM), while water absorption. The results indicate that the paving blocks achieved a compressive strength of up to 20.27 MPa, surpassing the standard requirement of 12.5 MPa, making them suitable for pedestrian applications. The low water absorption rate (0.43% - 0.96%) enhances durability and reduces slipperiness, though it necessitates effective drainage solutions to manage runoff. This study contributes to sustainable construction by offering an innovative paving solution that minimizes cement use, reduces plastic waste, and supports urban sustainability.

This study aims to describe student’s cognitive load during mathematics learning on the System of Linear Equations in Three Variables (SLETV) material. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with phenomenological methods to explore student’s cognitive load based on their learning experiences. The subjects of the study were 24 grade X high school students, who were categorized into high, medium, and low cognitive load levels through a questionnaire. The results showed that students with high cognitive load experienced difficulties due to high intrinsic cognitive load and unmanaged extraneous cognitive load, while students with low cognitive load had a more dominant germane cognitive load, so they were better able to understand SLETV material effectively. This study emphasizes the importance of managing cognitive load in mathematics learning to improve student’s understanding of complex concepts. The practical implication of this study is the need for teaching strategies that are adjusted to variations in student’s cognitive load to maximize learning effectiveness.

The research method used is qualitative with case study techniques. Data collection was carried out by conducting interviews with key informants (Principal, Vice Principal for Curriculum and Student Affairs and Facilities and Infrastructure , also the Director of Education). The results of the study were; digital literacy is a person who can access information effectively and efficiently, assess information critically, and use the information more. Then, the creativity of teachers in utilizing digital technology to make learning more interesting still needs to be improved. AI systems can act as virtual tutors that can help students understand difficult concepts (Khamparia & Pandey, 2017). One of the factors that provide obstacles for teachers is; limited knowledge and skills in using technology, minimal training available, and lack of infrastructure support (Nugraha, 2023) , where many teachers have not optimally utilized digital technology in the learning process (Nofianti et al., 2021). The internet is a modern technology that plays an important role, especially in the flow of digital information for the community. Online media such as Youtube and Social Media such as Instagram are media that are widely used by generation Z (Gen Z) to access information. The two channels used by Gen Z to get political information about the 2024 presidential election are Narasi Channel and PinterPolitik. The purpose of this study is to analyze the benefits of Narasi and PinterPolitik channels in improving Gen Z's political understanding and analyzing Gen Z's political understanding in the 2024 presidential election. The paradigm used is constructivism with qualitative research methods and case study research design. Data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and literature studies. The informant recruitment technique used is purposive sampling with open, axial, and selective coding as data analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the Narasi and PinterPolitik Channels can provide benefits in information and can increase Gen Z's political understanding in the 2024 presidential election. In addition, Gen Z already understands the 2024 presidential election. so that their participation is relatively high in the 2024 presidential election, especially in exercising their voting rights.

The Bekasi Regency Government annually has a target for land and building tax (PBB) revenue as a source of regional income. Good governance has now become the most prominent central issue in public administration management. Rural and urban land and building tax is a tax imposed on land and buildings owned, controlled and utilized by individuals or entities. The aim of this research is to identify and analyze the application of good governance principles in the management of Land and Building Taxes by the Bekasi Regency Regional Revenue Agency. This research uses qualitative research methods. This research design adopts a case study approach. The data collected in this research comes from two types, namely primary data and secondary data. In the research the author used data analysis techniques through (in-depth interviews) (observation and literature study). The results of this research show that the management of Land and Building Tax at the Bekasi Regency Regional Revenue Agency has implemented the principles of good governance well, especially in the aspects of transparency, accountability and community participation. However, the level of community compliance with PBB payments in North Tambun District is still low, with participation below 50%. Although the services provided by Bapenda have received positive evaluations from the public, this research also identified a number of significant challenges in the management of Human Resources at Bapenda, which need to be addressed to increase the effectiveness of tax management. The recommendation in this research is that online services need to be improved so that the people of Bekasi Regency who live on the coast receive fast and comfortable service.

By utilizing technologies such as social media, e-commerce, and big data, MSMEs can increase sales and competitiveness. However, the implementation of this innovation is often hampered by a lack of digital literacy, limited human resources, and minimal budget. The results of the study show that the use of consistent and relevant digital marketing strategies, improving team skills, and utilizing simple technology can be the main solution. Through this approach, MSMEs such as Alpha Balon can optimize the potential of digital marketing for sustainable business growth.

GOVERNANCE FRAMEWORKS AND RESILIENCE OF MICRO-ENTERPRISES: A DIAGNOSTIC EVALUATION AND THE ROLE OF LOCAL WISDOM IN ENHANCING SUSTAINABILITY

This study aims to examine the governance frameworks of micro-enterprises (MEs) and their ability to survive in a competitive environment. Using the governance diagnostic tool developed by the International Finance Corporation (IFC), which is widely implemented in both developed and developing countries, the study evaluates six key governance areas. It also integrates local wisdom in applying the diagnostic tool. Discussions with micro-enterprise owners in Kendari and Makassar were conducted to assess the implementation of the IFC governance tool, providing insights into the actual governance practices in place. The results show that during the COVID-19 pandemic, micro-enterprises in the food, culinary, and hijab accessory sectors managed to sustain operations. However, from a governance perspective, most micro-enterprises are at the "Basic/Start-Up" stage, with an average score of 0-20% in the IFC matrix, indicating underdeveloped governance structures. Only four of the 15 governance elements were adequately met. These findings highlight significant governance weaknesses and the need for ongoing support to ensure long-term sustainability. The study suggests the introduction of a sustainability index for micro-enterprises, which should be disseminated as a crucial tool for evaluating their long-term viability and guiding policy development for SMEs.

Human resources are the main sector in a company as well as organizations. Human resource management is part of that studying the role of human resources or labor in a company companies and organizations, to control human resources so that the company or organization's goals can be achieved optimally. This research aims to look at organizational culture, organizational commitment, and work motivation on CV. Mamre Nugraha Persada Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all CV employees. Mamre Nugraha Persada Pekanbaru, totaling 44 people, the technique used is sampling method. Analysis of the data used in this research quantitative. The analysis method used is the linear regression equation multiple data processing using the SPSS version 25 program. The research results show that the organizational culture variable, Organizational commitment and work motivation have a significant influence on employee performance. Then simultaneously or together variablely organizational culture, organizational commitment and work motivation has a significant influence on employee performance. R Square Value 0.453, which means 45.3% of employee performance is influenced by organization culture, organizational commitment and work motivation. Meanwhile the difference Furthermore, the difference of 54.7% is influenced by other variables not studied in this research.

This study aims to analyze the effect of public ownership, audit committees, and voluntary disclosure on audit quality in the banking sector in 2021-2023. The binary logistic regression method is used to test the relationship between variables with a sample of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of the study indicate that public ownership and audit committees do not have a significant effect on audit quality. Meanwhile, voluntary disclosure has a significant effect, indicating that higher transparency has the potential to improve audit quality. These findings indicate that these variables are not strong enough to explain audit quality in the banking sector, so further research is needed by expanding the variables and context. This study contributes to the development of better corporate governance and audit practices by increasing transparency and effectiveness of audit committees

Biofloc system outreach activities are an effort to develop the potential of fisheries areas through Monohome MSME learning house training in Palas District. This research was carried out in Bandan Hurip Village, Palas District, South Lampung Regency. The location selection was carried out purposively with the consideration that the Bandan Hurip Village area is a center for fisheries cultivation and a pilot place for tilapia cultivation using the Bioflok system in the Palas sub-district. The research was carried out in December 2023. The research analysis was descriptive using the focus group discussion method. Respondents were members of the Monohome MSME group as well as 30 fisheries business actors and the sampling technique was quota sampling technique. This research uses primary data and secondary data. The research results showed that at the fisheries sector level, indicators of potential and profits from the fishery cultivation business were the priority. The extension and development program for local fish cultivation using biofloc technology through the UMKM Monohome learning house in Palas District seeks to increase the income of business actors through outreach communication which will later become a provision of knowledge in the future and increase insight for business actors in achieving effective tilapia cultivation by adopting the biofloc system.

This study examines traditional education, which relies on one-way teaching and passive student reception, being increasingly challenged in the modern era. In this context, John Dewey becomes relevant in shaping a new educational paradigm, focusing on a child-centered approach and active learning through real-life experiences. The article aims to explore how Dewey's educational philosophy is applied in practical activities to develop children's skills. Using a literature review method, the article discusses the core concepts of these two educational theories and reviews empirical studies demonstrating their impact on children's cognitive, social, and practical skills development. The findings show that combining principles emphasizing the freedom to learn with guidance, alongside Dewey’s principles of active participation in real projects, is effective in fostering critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. This approach prepares children to face academic challenges and build essential life skills in an era of change.

This Systematic Literature Review aims to create a new formula model for calculating bandwidth requirements for local governments conducted in one of the metropolitan cities in East Java to ensure the accurate allocation of regional budget expenditures. To obtain comprehensive literature, a literature review involving Scopus-indexed journals was conducted, with a total of 30 publications thoroughly analyzed to ensure detailed information validity. Additionally, concise explanations and overviews were provided to facilitate readers in understanding the presented information explicitly. There were challenges in finding modeling related to bandwidth calculations, as most models used mathematical calculations without considering real-world conditions and limitations of existing models. However, a relevant model was found that could be adapted with other supporting factors, such as Nielsen's Law and field conditions. To achieve precise formulas, gradual testing and evaluation are necessary to refine the created formula. The formula resulting from this study has the potential to assist local governments in estimating bandwidth usage and help academics in developing bandwidth calculation formulas for both governments and organizations. These findings can inspire and guide researchers in further developing and improving bandwidth calculation formulas.

Morale is a psychological condition or motivation possessed by an employee to carry out tasks and responsibilities with enthusiasm, commitment. Morale reflects the level of involvement, energy, and positive attitude shown by employees in completing their work. Workload is a task, responsibility and work that must be completed. This study provides empirical evidence of the effect of work enthusiasm and workload on the performance of educational staff at Santo Thomas Catholic University. The population in this study were 63 employees where the number of samples was also 63 education personnel using saturated or census sampling techniques based on several predetermined criteria. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression and conducts the t test and F test. The results showed that work enthusiasm and workload together had a positive and significant effect on the performance of educational staff at Santo Thomas Catholic University. Likewise, partially shows that work enthusiasm and workload have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

One approach to enhancing the performance of the industrial sector is by understanding the technological performance being utilized. The analysis of technological performance can be conducted by measuring the levels of the components that constitute the technology. One commonly used measurement method is the technometric technique developed by UNESCAP. This method evaluates technology based on four primary components: technoware, humanware, infoware, and orgaware. Each of these components significantly contributes to industrial activities, making a comprehensive understanding of these elements essential for improving industrial performance. This study aims to identify the technological components utilized in five stamp batik SMEs. The sampling technique employed in this research is purposive sampling. The results of the study indicate that the TCC value of stamp batik SMEs in Pandak, Bantul, Yogyakarta ranges from 0.564 to 0.610, with an average TCC value of 0.58. Based on the range of 0.5≤TCC≤0.7, the technology utilized by these enterprises is classified as "Good."

This study investigates the effectiveness of academic supervision conducted by school principals in private vocational schools located in Sindangkerta District, West Bandung. Academic supervision is a critical component of educational leadership, as it directly influences the quality of teaching and learning within schools. The research highlights the essential role that structured academic supervision plays in enhancing the overall quality of education and improving the performance of teachers, which ultimately impacts student outcomes. Through qualitative research methods, data were collected from in-depth interviews with a diverse group of participants, including school principals, teachers, and administrative staff. The interviews aimed to capture the participants' experiences, perceptions, and insights regarding the current practices of academic supervision in their schools. Additionally, direct observations of supervisory activities were conducted to gain a comprehensive understanding of the dynamics involved in the supervisory process. The findings reveal significant challenges faced by these institutions, including incomplete documentation of supervisory activities, inconsistent frequency of supervision, and a predominant focus on administrative tasks rather than pedagogical development. Specifically, the lack of proper documentation hinders the evaluation process and prevents effective tracking of teacher progress. Furthermore, the irregularity of supervisory visits creates uncertainty among teachers regarding their performance and areas for improvement. The emphasis on administrative compliance often detracts from the primary goal of academic supervision, which is to enhance teaching quality and foster professional growth among educators. Based on these findings, the study discusses several recommendations for improving the effectiveness of academic supervision. These include the development of a structured supervision framework that prioritizes both administrative and pedagogical aspects, the provision of ongoing professional development for school leaders, and the encouragement of collaboration between principals and teachers in the supervisory process. By addressing these challenges and implementing strategic improvements, schools can create a more supportive and effective environment for teaching and learning.

This research is a quantitative study which aims to determine the influence of managerial ownership, leverage and sales growth on tax avoidance in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector, food & beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. Total The sample for this research was 22 companies with a sampling method using a purposive sampling method. This research uses secondary data obtained through company annual reports. Data analysis uses panel data regression which consists of descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests. selection of panel data regression models, and hypothesis testing. The results of data analysis or panel data regression show that partially the managerial ownership variable has no effect on tax avoidance, the leverage variable has a negative effect on tax avoidance, and the sales growth variable has an effect on tax avoidance.
