Abstract

In management studies, especially human resources, discussing employee creativity studies is important because employee creativity provides many benefits to the organization and has an impact on the tourism industry in South Sumatra. Competition in the hospitality world in the digital era is getting sharp. Human resources are required to be able to develop themselves through creativity in facing competition. Human resources are one of the most important assets in business and non-business organizations, competent resources do not appear immediately because the learning process instills the values ​​or characteristics of a company in its employees. Therefore, the human resources needed now are those who are able to learn quickly, are adaptive, and responsive to change. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of knowledge sharing, organizational learning culture and job satisfaction on employee creativity variables at the Zuri Palembang hotel, South Sumatra. The research data were collected using the method of observation and distributing questionnaires to employees at the Zuri Palembang hotel. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis to prove the research hypothesis. Data that has met the validity, reliability, and classical assumptions are then processed to obtain a regression equation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the variables of knowledge sharing, organizational learning culture, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the variables of employee creativity at the Zuri Palembang hotel. Sharing knowledge, organizational learning culture, and employee satisfaction in the hospitality sector has been proven empirically, in organizations it encourages employee creativity and will certainly have a good impact on the sustainability of an organization.
