Abstract
Thisstudy aimsto seetheimplementation ofGoodCorporateGovernance(GCG) inthe HumanResources(HR)DivisionofPT.KaltengBankMainBranchinits effortstomeetstakeholderexpectations.GoodCorporateGovernanceisneeded asaninstrumentofgoodbankmanagement.Withthe effectiveimplementationof GoodCorporate Governance,it will improve the qualityofHumanResourcesin the HRDivisionofPT BankKaltengMainBranch.The analytical methodusedin this study is adescriptiveresearch method that provides an overview of the applicationofGCG intheHRDivisionofPT.CentralKalimantanBankMain Branch. Theindicatorsof transparency, accountability, responsibility, independenceandfairnessbyusingaquestionnaireinstrumentthatisdistributed toallemployeesofPT.KaltengBankMainBranch.The resultsofthe studynote that (1)transparencyinthe HRDivisionofPT.KaltengBankMainBranchhas verygoodquality,(2)accountabilityintheHRDivisionofPT.KaltengBank MainBranchhasverygoodquality,(3)responsibility tothe HRDivisionofPT. Kalteng BankMain Branch hasvery good quality,(4)independencyintheHR Division of PT. Kalteng Bank Main Branch hasverygood quality and (5) fairness in theHR Division of PT. Kalteng Bank Main Branch hasvery good quality.
