EFFECT OF PERCEIVED EASE OF USE,USE FULNESS, AND RELATIVE ADVANTAGE TOWARD FINTECH’S CONSUMER ACCEPTANCE AT BANDUNG SMEs
Financia Technologies(Fintech) is the use of renewable technologies in the financial system with the outcome, which canimpact the stability of themonetary, financial system stability, and/or efficiency, smoothness, safety and reliability of the system payment. The large number of internetusersin Indonesia will further enhance the development of Fintech and providevery promising opportunities for SMEs to take advantage of this technology in developing and enhancing their business. Therefore, smallbusiness actor smust beableto implement Fintech in their efforts to beablet ocompetein the worldg lobally. Indonesia haspredicted by The World Economic Forum that will become one of the largest digital market sin Southeast Asiaby 2020, supported by around 35% of adults in Indonesia who have bank accounts, oraround 120 million people belong to the Unbanked category. Contradictions, the Indonesian Internet Service Providers Association (APJII) noted 132. 7 million Indonesians have been connected to theinternet,thanks to the development of in frastructure and the ease of getting a smartphone. The banking industry sees this gap, moves forward and collaborates to improve systems, strategies and functions, so that people can prove that transactions with the help of technology areeasy.This study aims to determine the factors that in fluence consumer acceptance of Financial Technology(Fintech) products and servicesat the Bandung MSMEs.The focus of this study is to identify the factors that in fluence consumer acceptance of Fin Techproducts and services in Indonesia, that includes independent variables such asusefulness, ease of use, and relative advantage, with the dependent variable consumer acceptance of the products and services that Fin Techprovides. The data collect edanalyzed using the Structural Equation Model(SEM). The data use dare primary data obtained from136 respondents with incidental sampling method. There are 4 (four) hypo theses that were designed, where one of the findingsis that there is asignificant relationship between use fullness and consumer acceptance of the Bandung City MSMEs to Fintech. The output expected from this research can help Fin Techcompanies make the right decision inpromoting their products and services in the country, especially to the Bandung City MSMEs.
