However, at school, character learning is often less interesting for children. As time goes by, children's interest in reading has decreased and many of their activities are carried out through screens, such as cellphones or laptops. Therefore, in an effort to overcome these challenges, this research uses a research- based practical research method with a design thinking approach. Curriculum on character education has been implemented in elementary schools, but teachers often experience difficulties in providing interesting learning. For this reason, this research is interested in creating interesting learning media using animation, especially for children in grades one to three as an introduction to characters at school. This approach utilizes puppet culture as a means of learning character education because puppet is an Indonesian cultural heritage that is rich in moral and ethical values. One of the puppet characters chosen as the focus of the research is Dewi Srikandi, who has relevant and strong characteristics to shape students' personalities. In addition, this research highlights the importance of integrating local cultural elements in the development of animation in Indonesia to create a unique identity and national competitiveness in globalindustry. The research method uses quantitative bibliometric and vosviewer analysis and qualitative literature review, the results of the research show that there is still very little research on HIV education literacy policy on development and implementation, not many publications were found from 2005 to 2023, the average publication produced was only 1 document , with the largest publishers in the USA, while in Indonesia itself there is still not much research, Indonesia is one of the countries with a fairly high prevalence of HIV. Author collaboration only occurred in the USA/United States and the number of publications was only 4 documents, this shows that the total number of publications related to HIV literacy policy is very rarely researched, despite the importance of global cooperation in overcoming HIV/AIDS. In addition, policies that focus on sexual health education and providing excellent and accurate information have proven to be effective in reducing the spread of HIV /AIDS. Therefore, the policy theme, HIV Aids education literacy, will be a topic of research in the future. The eruption of Mount Marapi in West Sumatera left a lot of volcanic ash and became waste around the affected areas. Using volcanic ash is known to make porosity tighter and inhibit the entry of chloride ions into concrete. This study aims to obtain corrosion potential in concrete with volcanic ash as a partial replacement for cement with the Half-cell potential method. A sample of 15x15x15 cm cube-shaped reinforced concrete with a thickness of 4 cm concrete blanket was made with a composition of 0%, 10%, and 20% volcanic ash. The properties of the concrete-forming material were tested to obtain the K-250 concrete mix design at 28 days. Samples were exposed to different exposure simulations, including being cured using wet cloths and other samples placed under extreme weather without treatment. The corrosion potential was tested using Ag/AgCl reference electrodes during the concrete treatment period of up to 28 days. The results showed that the use of volcanic ash gave a half-cell potential result of 0% VA substitution (extreme) on day 1 still tended to be high with a potential value of - 201.61 mVvsCSE and a curing process of -200.17 mV vs CSE, a 10% VA substitution (extreme) value of -242.94 mV vs CSE and a curing process of -198.39 mV vs CSE, a 20% VA substitution (extreme) value of -215.83 mV vs SCE and curing of -221.61 mV vs CSE. A three-wheeled motorcycle is one of the means of transportation that is often used in logistics activities, distribution of goods, and materials but has limitations in lifting capacity and accessibility to higher areas. Therefore, the development of an integrated hydraulic scissor lift system is an important solution to improve the capabilities of a three-wheeled motorcycle. The design process begins with 3D modeling of the main components, such as the frame, scissor arm, hydraulic cylinder, and platform, using the features available in SolidWorks. Structural analysis and kinematic simulation were carried out to ensure the strength, stability, and performance of the scissor lift system. The results of the study show that the designed hydraulic scissor lift system is capable of lifting loads of up to 4 ton on a three-wheeled motorcycle with a maximum height of 3 meters. Stress analysis using the finite element method shows that the main components can withstand loads with adequate safety factors. Simulation of scissor lift movement also proves that the hydraulic control system can move the arms synchronously and in a controlled manner.
