Collaboration in community Study can repair practice teaching through discussion based evidence and mutual share experience between teachers. In addition , the community Study help teachers to stay up-to-date with trend education latest as well as expand network professional they , who in the end increase competence classroom teaching . Although​ community Study offer Lots benefits , there are a number of challenges faced by teachers in follow activity this . Challenge main covering limitations time experienced by teachers, lack of support from management school , and understanding that has not been adequate about benefit community learning . With use approach qualitative with method study studies case with informant The Principal , Vice Principal , Teachers, and Community Based Learning at Sekolah Alam Indonesia Cibinong. Data collection techniques used with interviews , observations and also studies documentation with data checking using data triangulation techniques . Research results show Activity Study together natural must take places in the area local , actual and contextual Activity learning in nature open beneficial For increase courage in act and opinion . Outbound activities form pattern creative thinking , as well as increase intelligence emotional and spiritual in interact . Through literacy culture , children can become more citizens​ aware culture , ready face global challenges , and provide contribution positive for public multicultural . Literacy culture at school can integrated to in curriculum with comprehensive approach .​ With create environment work that supports and equips teachers with greater understanding​ Good to diversity culture students , it is expected quality learning can increase in a way significant . More carry on continue , literacy culture become factors that are increasingly significant in increase quality teaching in Indonesia. As a country with diversity high culture , deep understanding​​ about culture student become aspect important for teachers in create an effective learning process.
