Literature searches were conducted across national and international academic databases, resulting in 24 peer-reviewed studies published between 2015 and 2024 that met the inclusion criteria. The review was guided by research questions addressing (1) trends in mobile learning research within vocational education, (2) forms of mobile learning implementation using no-code authoring tools, including Smart Apps Creator, and (3) their reported impacts on student learning outcomes. The findings reveal a steady increase in mobile learning research in vocational education over the past decade, with most studies emphasizing interactive multimedia, mobile applications, and visual-based digital learning media. Smart Apps Creator and similar no-code authoring tools are commonly positioned as practical solutions for developing flexible and interactive learning media, particularly suited to the visual and procedural nature of fashion design education. Across the reviewed studies, mobile learning implementations are consistently associated with positive effects on student engagement, learning motivation, visual understanding, practical skill development, and self-regulated learning. Nevertheless, this review also indicates that empirical studies explicitly focusing on Smart Apps Creator within vocational fashion design contexts remain limited and are generally conducted on a small scale. Future large-scale empirical research is therefore needed to strengthen the evidence base regarding the effectiveness of Smart Apps Creator–based mobile learning and to support its informed implementation in vocational fashion design education.
Hermia Anata Rahman, Muhammad Akhyar, Sukarmin Copyright (c) https://conference.loupiasconference.org/index.php/ICoGEMTplusE5/article/view/845 Tue, 24 Feb 2026 00:00:00 +0700 COFFEE EDUCATION TOURISM IN GUNUNGKIDUL, YOGYAKARTA: INTEGRATING CREATIVE ECONOMY, CULTURAL HERITAGE, AND SUSTAINABLE TOURISM DEVELOPMENT https://conference.loupiasconference.org/index.php/ICoGEMTplusE5/article/view/846
Coffee is more than an agricultural commodity, it represents cultural identity and serves as a driver of the creative economy. Despite their strong ethnic uniqueness, these products are often constrained by quality issues that hinder their competitiveness. The main dilemma lies in how to improve quality standards, such as consistency, durability, hygiene, and packaging, to be competitive, while ensuring that this improvement does not sacrifice the authenticity and local wisdom as the main essence of the product. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach through participatory observation and indepth interviews with producers and consumers in several major traditional markets in Kalimantan. Findings indicate a shift in consumer expectations. While authenticity and cultural value remain the main appeal, these factors are no longer sufficient to guarantee purchase. Consumers in traditional markets are now increasingly critical of functional quality, such as weaving durability and raw material safety. They also value the aesthetic quality of packaging that is informative and appealing. This study identifies that surviving MSMEs successfully adopt simple quality management practices. These practices include raw material sorting, process standardization, and better packaging without overcomplicating or eliminating their Dayak identity. The research concludes that quality improvement is not a threat to authenticity. Instead, it is a crucial strategy to frame cultural heritage so that it has a higher economic value and remains relevant to the demands of a dynamic market.
Gita Suci C. This research aims to deeply analyze the digital marketing strategy orchestrated by Personal Shopping Services (Jastip) and Influencers to deliberately create and capitalize on FOMO among Indonesian consumers. Employing digital ethnography and qualitative content analysis on Instagram Stories and TikTok Live shopping sessions, this study examines how the mechanism of artificial scarcity is systematically exploited. Tactics such as "limited PO slots," "fast transaction only," and "exclusive live shopping" create psychological pressure for quick decision-making. The main findings show that Jastip services do not only act as passive purchasing intermediaries; they actively function as trend curators who shape market tastes while simultaneously becoming the main trigger of urgency. Strategic collaboration with micro- influencers who present the products as an integral part of the "latest," "aesthetic," and "up- to-date" lifestyle is proven highly effective, reinforcing the perception of the product as a must-have item essential for social validation. Haul and try-on reviews on social media then create a wave of secondary social pressure, forcing individuals to acquire the product immediately before the trend shifts or stock runs out. This collectively constructed FOMO successfully shifts consumer purchasing behavior from one based on rational needs to one driven by emotional impulse. Consumers ultimately no longer buy the product’s function or quality alone, but essentially buy a "ticket" to enter an exclusive and socially validated trend community. This abstract concludes that in the Bangkok fashion product ecosystem, FOMO is not an unintended side effect but has become a core strategy deliberately designed and executed by Jastip players to accelerate sales cycles in a highly competitive market landscape.
Paulina, Redseana Laura, Syafa Azzahra, Vivy Kristinae, Berta Margareta Agustin Wijaya Copyright (c) https://conference.loupiasconference.org/index.php/ICoGEMTplusE5/article/view/870 Tue, 24 Feb 2026 00:00:00 +0700 CUSTOMS GOVERNANCE AND GEOECONOMIC LAW: STRATEGIC TRADE POLICY FOR CRITICAL MINERALS IN COMPARATIVE PERSPECTIVE https://conference.loupiasconference.org/index.php/ICoGEMTplusE5/article/view/871
Critical minerals such as nickel and lithium are increasingly central to global supply chains, clean energy transitions, and geopolitical competition. Furthermore, Self-Presentation (the need to display an up-to-date and appealing self-image on social media) is proven to significantly mediate the relationship between FoMO and Visitation Decisions. This means that the drive of FoMO does not only encourage direct visits but is also strengthened by the individual's desire to validate and showcase their social existence at the cafe. The managerial implications of this research emphasize the importance for cafes in Palangka Raya to not only focus on physical aesthetics but also to strategically manage e-WOM content and leverage the psychological elements of FoMO and the need for Self-Presentation through social media campaigns that encourage attractive user-generated content (UGC).
Landyono, Amos Endri Paskah Martin, Banyu Baptista Jordanu Surbakti, Vivy Kristinae, Berta Margareta Agustin Wijaya Copyright (c) https://conference.loupiasconference.org/index.php/ICoGEMTplusE5/article/view/884 Tue, 24 Feb 2026 00:00:00 +0700 ANALYSIS OF LIGHT STEEL CANOPY FRAME STRUCTURE BASED ONSOLIDWORKS SIMULATION FOR FRAME DESIGN OPTIMIZATION https://conference.loupiasconference.org/index.php/ICoGEMTplusE5/article/view/885
The lightweight steel canopy frame serves as the main structural element that must be able to withstand static loads safely and efficiently. However, canopy frame design is often carried out without adequate structural analysis, potentially causing excessive deformation and the risk of structural failure. The main problem in this study is the low stiffness and safety factor in the initial canopy frame design. As a solution, geometric modifications were made to the frame to improve structural performance. This study used a SolidWorks-based Finite Element Analysis (FEA) simulation method with static loading conditions. The parameters analyzed included Von Mises stress, displacement, strain, and safety factor with a load of 700 N. The simulation results showed that the design modification was able to significantly reduce stress and displacement and increase the safety factor. Modification Model 2 produced the smallest displacement of 1.00 mm and a safety factor of 2, so it is recommended as the most optimal and safe canopy frame design for application.
Rhovy Nurhazani, Jana Hafiza, Muchlisinalahuddin, Yuni Vadila, Reyhan Stevano Copyright (c) https://conference.loupiasconference.org/index.php/ICoGEMTplusE5/article/view/885 Tue, 24 Feb 2026 00:00:00 +0700 EMPLOYEE READINESS FOR DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION IN LOGISTICS PROCUREMENT: THE IMPLEMENTATION OF E-PROCUREMENT AND E-VENDOR MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AT PT ENERGIA PRIMA NUSANTARA https://conference.loupiasconference.org/index.php/ICoGEMTplusE5/article/view/886
The advancement of digital transformation has encouraged organizations to plan the implementation of digital-based procurement systems, such as E-Procurement and the E-Vendor Management System (E-VMS). However, the success of implementing these systems is not determined solely by technological readiness, but also by the readiness of employees as the primary users. This study aims to analyze employee readiness toward the planned implementation of E-Procurement and E-VMS in the logistics procurement function using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) framework. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees who met the research criteria. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The variables examined in this study include Performance Expectancy and Effort Expectancy as independent variables, Behavioral Intention as a mediating variable, and Use Behavior as the dependent variable. The results indicate that Performance Expectancy and Effort Expectancy have a positive effect on Behavioral Intention. Furthermore, Behavioral Intention has a significant influence on Use Behavior and functions as a mediating variable in the relationship between Performance Expectancy and Effort Expectancy toward Use Behavior. The model classifies voters into five compartments: susceptible voters (S), apathetic voters (A), independent voters (I), voters influenced by the political figure of Muzakir Manaf, the former commander of the Free Aceh Movement (GAM) (F), and resolved voters (R). This model is developed within a non-contagion framework, where transitions between compartments are determined by rate parameters representing the influence of campaigns, political figures, and individual decisions, without assuming interactions between voters. Pre-election survey data and official vote recapitulations were used to calibrate the model parameters. Simulation results indicate that the majority of voters ultimately accumulate in compartment R (resolved), with the dominant transition path proceeding from susceptible to figurative and then to resolved (S to F to R). Sensitivity analysis identified parameters β (susceptible to apathetic), ???? (susceptible to resolved), and φ (figurative to resolved) as key factors determining the final turnout. These findings confirm that the attractiveness of local political figures and campaign effectiveness play a more important role than horizontal interactions between voters in determining turnout patterns.
Budi Irwansyah, Miswanto, Windarto Copyright (c) https://conference.loupiasconference.org/index.php/ICoGEMTplusE5/article/view/889 Tue, 24 Feb 2026 00:00:00 +0700 FROM CLICKS TO TRUST: THE ROLE OF DIGITAL MARKETING IN STRENGTHENING THE BRAND IMAGE OF LOCAL BUSINESSES https://conference.loupiasconference.org/index.php/ICoGEMTplusE5/article/view/891
The digital era has driven local businesses to adopt marketing strategies centered on consumer interaction and trust. Last Mile Delivery (LMD) shipping costs can reach 28% to 60% of total logistics costs, making it a very important area for optimization. PT RDI Logistik faces a big challenge in maintaining price competitiveness in this dynamic market. This study aims to compare the cost of LMD between two models, namely outsourcing (with a success-based fee per package system) and in-house (fleet management and human resources itself), with the application of route optimization using Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP). This study was conducted at the Delivery Center (DC) of PT RDI Logistik Medan city area, which serves 22 urban villages. The research methodology involves calculating the cost per package for both scenarios by considering Capital Expenditure (CAPEX), Operational Expenditure (OPEX), as well as operational risks that may arise. This analysis shows that the in-house model with the implementation of VRP can result in a reduction in cost per package of up to 7.11% compared to the outsourcing model, despite the higher operational risks. This research is expected to provide strategic recommendations for PT RDI Logistik in determining the most optimal Last Mile Delivery (LMD) method to increase the efficiency and competitiveness of the company in the courier and logistics industry.
Dicky Dianta Sitepu, Melia Eka Lestiani Copyright (c) https://conference.loupiasconference.org/index.php/ICoGEMTplusE5/article/view/893 Tue, 24 Mar 2026 00:00:00 +0700 VALIDATION OF INSTRUMENTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF VIRTUAL REALITY–INTEGRATED E-MODULES USING THE CONTENT VALIDITY RATIO AND CONTENT VALIDITY INDEX https://conference.loupiasconference.org/index.php/ICoGEMTplusE5/article/view/894
Valid instruments are a fundamental prerequisite in Educational Design Research because they determine the accuracy of the evaluation of the developed learning products. The four-bar mechanism is modeled based on actual geometric parameters obtained from AutoCAD drawings, consisting of a crank, a connecting rod, and a rocker with two fixed pivot points. The complex number method is used to formulate the loop-closure equations so that the relationships of position, angular velocity, angular acceleration, as well as linear velocity and acceleration at key points of the mechanism can be systematically analyzed. Numerical simulations are performed by applying a constant angular velocity to the crank. The analysis results show that the connecting rod rotates counterclockwise, while the rocker rotates clockwise, in accordance with the motion characteristics of the wiper mechanism. The magnitudes of velocity and acceleration in each link and at critical points are significantly influenced by the link length configuration and the input angular velocity. Validation of the calculation results using a parallel numerical method shows a very small relative difference, thereby confirming the reliability of the developed model. The MATLAB based complex number method is proven to be effective and accurate for the kinematic analysis of four-bar mechanisms and can serve as a reference for the design and development of wiper mechanisms and similar planar mechanisms.
Ayu Wulandari, Muchlisinalahuddin, Riza Muharni, Yuni Vadila, Reyhan Stevano Copyright (c) https://conference.loupiasconference.org/index.php/ICoGEMTplusE5/article/view/895 Tue, 24 Mar 2026 00:00:00 +0700 IDENTIFYING KEY OPERATIONAL FACTORS INFLUENCING DISTRIBUTION ERRORS IN A POSTAL CONSOLIDATION WAREHOUSE: CASE STUDY OF KC CIANJUR https://conference.loupiasconference.org/index.php/ICoGEMTplusE5/article/view/896
Operational processes in consolidation warehouses are a crucial element, as they directly affect delivery delays, misrouting, and shipment losses. This study aims to identify the operational factors that influence distribution errors in the consolidation warehouse of PT Pos Indonesia, with a case study at the Cianjur Main Post Office (KC Cianjur). The research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 58 respondents who are directly engaged in warehouse operations. The independent variables analyzed include warehouse condition and management, work behavior, and company standard operating procedures (SOP), while the dependent variable is distribution error. Data analysis was conducted using validity testing, reliability testing, correlation analysis, and simple linear regression. The results indicate that all independent variables have a positive and significant effect on distribution errors. Work behavior emerges as the most dominant factor, with an R value of 0.841 and an R² of 0.699 (p < 0.05), followed by warehouse condition and management (R = 0.621; R² = 0.584) and SOP (R = 0.391; R² = 0.195). These findings emphasize that improvements in human resource work behavior should be the top priority in efforts to reduce distribution errors. The results of this study can serve as an initial foundation for future research and the implementation of the Six Sigma approach using the DMAIC method to identify root causes more comprehensively and to design sustainable improvements in distribution processes.
Oke Mutaram, Erna Mulyati Copyright (c) https://conference.loupiasconference.org/index.php/ICoGEMTplusE5/article/view/896 Tue, 24 Mar 2026 00:00:00 +0700
