The corpus is an authentic collection of texts, both written and
transcript of conversations in large numbers that are stored electronically. The
corpus has often been used in various areas of linguistics research. Includes
translation, forensic linguistics, discourse analysis, teaching and so on. The
advantage of the corpus is easy to access and corpus-based analysis can be made
quantitatively generalized. In teaching, the corpus can be a source that provides
descriptive data about how language is used that can be used by teachers or
students as a medium to find evidence or confirm their intuition about the
knowledge of a language. One of the uses of the corpus in pedagogy is lexical
modal. The results of this research have implications that the use of the corpus is
very beneficial for encourage students to learn independently because it can be
accessed anywhere. However, the amount of language information that we can
get from the corpus may not be fully suitable for all levels of students.

Social media frees its users to upload any photo or image which is then accompanied by a caption. The rise of the use of social media then sparked the emergence of creativity in the form of memes, both memes made from photographs of people, certain places and events, or those visualized through forms and or characterizations of cartoons. The nature of the meme itself is footage from television shows, films, etc. or homemade images that are modified by adding words or writings for humorous and entertaining purposes. The massive use of Instagram social media and the distribution of cartoon memes in it can be used as learning media. Teachers can use cartoon memes on social media as learning mediathat are not only able to improve student skills according to learning indicators but also become a means of strengthening student character education. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of cartoon memes asmediafor learning writing skills. The chosen meme is a cartoon meme that is culturally charged and has good politeness.

This study was to determine the effect of motivation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable (Study of Employees of PT. CCPS West Jakarta). The type of data used is primary and secondary. With a total population of 350 employees and a total sample of 187 employees (with the Slovin method), and the sampling technique using purposive sampling method with survey. Data analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, data analysis method using path analysis, f test, t test and coefficient of determination using SPSS version 24. The results of the analysis that have been processed, motivation, work discipline, work environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and motivation, work discipline, work environment, work satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, motivation has a direct influence on employee performance without going through satisfactionwork, work discipline has a direct effect on employee performance without going through job satisfaction, work environment has a direct influence on employee performance without going through job satisfaction on employees of PT. CCPS in the production department.

Today, some consumers of education assume that coaching efforts of early childhood are the responsibility of early childhood education institutions, especially teacher. In fact, coaching efforts are actually the responsibility of both teachers and parents. Thus, it isimportant for early childhood education institutions to build learning partnerships with parents so that children’s development efforts become a shared responsibility, so that children’s growth and development can be better. Basically the aims of this paper was to describe the socialization of learning planning as an effort to build learning partnerships between teachers and parents. This research uses qualitative approach with literature study method. Based on the literature study, the socialization of learning plans conducted by teacher to children and parents has benefits, one of which is able to build learning partnerships between teachers and parents.

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of service quality on customer loyalty in cable TV services of PT. Subang Vision, (2) the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in cable tv services PT. Subang Vision. This research is quantitative research with a survey method. The population in this study are customers who subscribe to cable TV services at PT. Subang Vision. The sampling technique using purposive sampling with 99 people as a sample. Data collection techniques using questionnairesthat have been tested for its validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used in this research to answer the hypotheses is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) reliability has an indirect effect on customer loyalty. This is showed on the value of direct effect (12.6%), which is smaller than the value mediated by customer satisfaction or indirect effect (23.3%). (2) responsiveness has an indirect effect on customer loyalty. This is showed on the value of direct effect (0.11%), which is smaller than the value mediated by customer satisfaction as an indirect effect (12.2%). (3) assurance has an indirect effect on customer loyalty. This is showed on the value of direct effect (0.77%), which is smaller than the value mediated bycustomer satisfaction as an indirect effect (11.7%). (4) empathy has an indirect effect on customer loyalty. This is showed on the value of direct effect (7.9%), which is smaller than the value mediated by customer satisfaction as an indirect effect (23.3%). (5) tangibility has an indirect effect on customer loyalty. This is showed on the value of direct effect (9.9%), which is smaller than the value mediated by customer satisfaction as an indirect effect (35.2%).

Like a tangled rope that is hard to be straight, up to this date the problems of Papua remain unresolved, since the presidency of Soekarno until Joko Widodo, Papua have always attracted national attention, or even international. The problems of humanity, racism, social inequality, education, economic inequality, infrastructure, and discourse of Papuan independence are a number of problems that have not been resolved. Education is the right of every citizen, the government is currently running a Secondary Education Affirmation Program (ADEM) as an effort to provide educational facilities for the Papuans to study at the area that is relatively more advanced than it is in Papua. This research uses a qualitative approach under the Creswell's ethnographic method. The results of the study show that all Papuan students of the ADEM program perceive that Papua conflict contradicts nationalism. However, the conflict cannot be considered as the fault of the Papuan itself. It seems to be caused by various factors that lead to the Papuan's disappointment. Nationalism in Papuan students' have been divided. Based on Papuan students which have been interviewed, there were several students who did not agree to the independence of Papua, and some of them agreed to the independence of Papua. Historical education has an important role in building a sense of nationalism and becomes the resolution of the conflict. Those can be done by teaching the essential values existing in historical events.

This research was conducted to know the factors of capital and outside capital against the remainder of the business results and its impact on the quality of the concern. The analytical technique to be used in this study is to use a double linear regression analysis technique expanded with a pathway analysis method to obtain a comprehensive pictureof the relationship between variables one and another variable. The research Unit used in this study is the cooperative for the loan in Subang Regency period 2017-2019. Population in this research is all the cooperatives that are registered in the Department of Cooperatives and SMES regency of Subang, amounting to 35. The sampling techniquesin this study are based on nonprobability sampling methods using the purposive sampling approach so as to elect as many as 14 cooperatives. Based on the results of theresearch that has been done is known simultaneously all variables have a significant influence. However, partial testing of the outside capital variables has no significant effect on the rest of the business results, while the capital variables themselveshave significant influence over the remainder of the business outcome, and the residual variables of the business results also have a significant influence on the quality of financing.

This research specifically wants to know the influence of external business environment directly or indirectly to the marketing strategy and marketing performance of the retail industry in the city of Bandung. The population in this study amounted to 442 minimarkets with Slovin formula to determine samples, obtained 82 samples to be researched. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. Based on the results of statistic processing and referring to the discussion that has been shown earlier, this study found that partial testing concluded that there was a significant relationship between the external environment to the marketing strategy. There is a direct positive and significant influence marketing strategy towards marketing performance. There is a positive and significant influence between the external environment on marketing performance and marketing strategies as a intervening variable. The magnitude of the R Square value is 0.781, this suggests that external environmental contributions and marketing strategies against marketing performance are 78.1% while the remaining 21.9% are contributions from other variables not included in the study. So the ability to understand the external environmental conditions well will help the accuracy in decision-making strategies and impact on the marketing performance improvement of the retail industry Minimartket Bandung.

The Government of Palopo City projects Libukang Island area as one of the marine tourism locations, which is expected to have an impact on the welfare of local communities, the preservation of coastal resources, and the increase on local revenue (PAD). However, said tourism area has not been optimally managed that the utilization of tourism activities are low and it has not contributed to the welfare of the community and its local revenue. From the aforementioned problem, priorities are needed to encourage the development of marine tourism. The objective of this research is to formulate policy priorities for developing marine tourism at Libukang Island. The research methods used were the survey method. The data analyses used were the suitability of tourism analysis to assess tourism potential and the AHP analysis to determine alternative policy strategies for sustainable marine tourism development. The results of this research regarding the potential of marine tourism in the Libukang Island show that index ofsuitability of the beach tourism of recreation and swimming categories are deemed very suitable (SS). Meanwhile, the indexes for marine tourism of snorkeling and diving categories are unsuitable (TS) because there are limiting factors such as coral cover,coral life forms, and reef fish types. The priority scales of the policy are as follow: (1) improvement of tourism infrastructure; (2) promotion of tourism; (3) zone distribution for fishery and tourism; (4) community-based tourism management.

In addition, the purpose of this research is to find out whether in Kampung Batok as craft tourism village, Tanjungsari Village, Sukorejo Sub-District, Blitar, the implementation of marketing mix has been running effectively or not. Research methods conducted using a qualitative approach. This method is carried out after all the data needed has been collected, then arranged systematically and explained using words. The data which processed using qualitative methods are data obtained from the field in the form of information, photographs relating to the condition of Kampung Batok craft Tourism Village and marketing strategy, include describing the results of interviews with the tourism manager of Kampung Batok Tourism Village. After the collection process, the data is analyzed descriptively using the SWOT approach. The results of this study are the strategies that have been implemented are effective, it needs a little updating so that tourism village can continue to develop, by using a SWOT analysis can be found the marketing strategies obtained that can be applied, namely the packaging strategy of tourism products, strategies in terms of promotion, repositioning strategies, and strategies in serving the best service for tourists.

The development of technology has many influences on all aspects of people’s lives, including marriage. The emergence of the phenomenon of unregistered online marriage is a new thing that is foreign to the community. This marriage model is a marriage where the implementation of consent granted is assisted by internet media such as video calls. Various factors are underlying the occurrence of unregistered online marriage, such as economic factors, the desire of polygamy men without the permission of the first wife, the existence of parties underage, the absence of parental approval, and the factor of service/work ties. Unregistered online marriage raises the pros and cons of various parties because it is not in accordance with the Marriage Act.Based on this background, this article was made to find out how the legal status of unregistered online marriage is based on the provisionsof Law No. 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage. In addition, this article also finds out how to legalize unregistered online marriage.The method used in this article is juridical-normative approach. It reviews written legal material in the form of legislation and other written sources relevant to the research topic. This study is supported by field data obtained from interviews with the Religious Affairs Office in Kesambi Sub-district and the Religious Affairs Office in Harjamukti Sub-district, Cirebon City.The study results concluded that the legal status of unregistered online marriage is illegal in Islamic law and positive law. In practice, marriage does not meet the terms and conditions of marriage. Therefore, marriage has no legal force because it is considered never to have happened. Thus, the way to legalize the marriage is to remarry according to the respective religious law legally and must be registered as stated in Law No. 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage.

This research discusses the way of cooperation between teachers and parents in fostering the politeness of language in everyday life. In the school and family environment, students should be more able to control their speech in daily life. This happens because in the school and family environment are placeswhere they study and form character. But in reality in daily life there are still found some students who use impolite language to the other friends, parents and even teachers. This study aims to describe the form of cooperation between teachers and parents in fostering politeness in language in the yearIV and V of elementary school students. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Research data in the form of dialogue and student conversations with parents, students with friends and students with teachers. Data collection in this study uses the method of observation, questionnaire, and interview. From the results of the study found a polite speech that resulted in benefiting others, minimizing profits for themselves, respecting others, humbling one's own heart, maximizing compatibility and maximizing sympathy. However, those speeches are not polite which results in rude criticism, a sense of emotion, protectiveness and cornering.

Learning media is one of the most important aspects that support success in a learning process. In the current 21st century, interesting learning media are technological-based, fit with the life of millennial students, and view the development of 4.0 industrial revolution era. In learning procedure text, the students will be more interested in the media innovation to help generate their ideas in writing. This research aims to analyze the need for technology-based learning media for Bahasa Indonesia teachersand VII grade students of junior high school in the procedure text material in Magelang city. This is a qualitative descriptive research with the data collection techniques carried out include questionnaire and interviews. The data are in the form of curriculum analysis, procedure text material, and the students’ characteristics which are analyzed interactively. The results show that: (1) the entire material is in accordance with the competence standards, basis competencies, and indicators of the 2013 Curriculum; (2) the students have difficulty in understanding linguistic material in the form of written texts; (3) the level of creativity gives rise to ideas, and the students’ ability to switch ideas into the written form is still low; and (4) the learning media used are still conventional. Therefore, the teachers and the students need the development of technology-based learning media that can help them to be more active and creative in writing procedure texts.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether or not there is an influence between individual characteristics, job characteristics and organizational characteristics of work performance and their impact on employee career development at PT. Aksata Satya Pratama Jakarta. As many as 34 employees of PT. Aksata Satya Pratama Jakarta is used as the population in this study. The analysis technique in this study uses quantitative analysis. This study shows the results where the probability of each variable> 0.05 is the absence of influence with a significance of 0.811 between individual characteristics with work performance and significance of 0.053 between individual characteristics with direct employee career development, while job characteristics with employee career development are not there is a significant positive effect of 0.419, for organizational characteristics with work performance results obtained a significant influence of 0,000, for organizational characteristics with employee career development showed no significant effect of 0.087 and the last work performance with employee career development showed a significant influence amounting to 0.011.

Practical Issue of Vocational Skills Programs in Childrenwith Cerebral Palsy

Vocational skills in children with cerebral palsy (CP) are learned as an effort to prepare students to have independence in the future, but in the implementation of vocational skills programs there are obstacles experienced by teachers in planning, implementation, and evaluation. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of vocational skills programs in childrenwith CP. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Participants in this study were two, vocational skills teachers and classroomteacher who had special educational backgrounds. The results showed that in program planning the teacher did not conduct an assessment of interests and talents so that in the implementation of the learning material program only referred to the curriculum, there was no match between the abilities and demands of the job market. Evaluation of learning is done through tests on aspects of psychomotorand cognitive, there is no attitude assessment because schools prioritize the ability to master material (hard skills), without being accompanied by aspects of attitude and skills (soft skills). The conclusion of this study is that there are obstacles experienced by teachers in planning, implementation and evaluationlearning so that the implementation of vocational skills programs for CP is still not optimal.

Whereas the solvency (DER) has a significant effect on business survival. This research has the benefit of knowing the impact of the company's survival information with the relationship between profitability, liquidity, and solvency in the sale and purchase business as well as building leases which areincluded in the Stock Exchange category in the 2017-2018 Indonesia. This test uses secondary data in the form of annual reports from businesses that are included in the Exchange listing in 2 periods. Samples of 14 industries in the field of land, building, etc. are listed on the Stock Exchange in 2017-2018. The sample termination system used is Purposive Sampling.

A small number of farmers are able to play power and maintain traditional farming culture. This research has policy implications: Traditional rice farming can be expanded and developed for traditional rice agro-tourism and as a mediafor socializing farming methods for millennial generation, farming culture in harmony to nature, conservation of biological resources towards healthy and independent farmers.

The stock price index chosen in the Asian region is the Nikkei 225 index and the Hang Seng index, in the European area the Financial Times Stock Exchange 100 index and the Deutscher Aktienindex 30 index, while for the American region the Nasdaq Composite Index and the Dow Jones Industrial Average index. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study is the closing price from January 2016 -December 2018. The method of multiple linear regression analysis with e-views software. The results of this study indicate that the Nikkei 225 index, Hang Seng, Nasdaq Composite Index, and Dow Jones Industrial Average affect the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) while the FTSE 100, DAX 30 index does not affect the JCI.

Conclusion of the research are There are significant differences between Economic Sustainability, Socio-cultural and Environmentfactorwith t-test andp-value significanton clusters without (before) ecotourismand with(after) ecotourismin terms of education,employment,andmonthly incomeofrespondents. However, therewereno differencesin terms of Quality of Life.

Each stage in the supply chain is an important aspect, especially in terms of distribution of both goods and information. The implementation of supply chain integration will help businesses to collaborate throughout the supply chain. The greater number of distribution channels both in downstream and upstream each business will need supply chain integration. This research will be conducted with descriptive analysis and qualitative methods. Researchers will conduct interviews directly to businesses in the fashion industry, especially who made their own products. The results of this research is the supply chain integration carried out at the upstream part of the supply chain, the business actors are still very competitive with other business actors because the raw material taken is not much so they are not immediately given a specialization by the supplier. Temanggung is an area that contained a lot of folkart. One almost extinct folk art is Soreng. Soreng has many philosophical values. These values are conveyed through movements and narrated by Sinden (Singer). The Sinden sings a song narrating the history of Arya Penangsang. There foreTherefore, Soreng can be categorized as oral literature which contains educational elements which are almost eroded by the times. The purpose of this study is to reveal the philosophical values contained in Soreng's oral literature. Then, manifested oral literature willbecome pedagogical content knowledge in oral literary learning. This research is descriptive qualitative research that put Soreng as the object. Soreng is performed by the people of Kwarakan village, Kaloran Sub-district, Temanggung regency. This researchsuccessfully revealed that Soreng is contained of some important values which are decent to become pedagogical content knowledge.

This study aims to analyze the sustainable development of tourism village in an emerging country. This study applies descriptive qualitative with the objects are the tourism village of Ponggok, KlatenRegency, Central Java Province, Indonesia. The data collection isundertaken using in-depth interview and field observation. The informants are the parties related to tourism policies and supporting stakeholders (i.e., government, university, industry, tourism management, society, media, and tourism community). This study reveals the innovation model of the tourism village. The management of tourism village in Ponggok is undertaken by village-owned enterprises collaborated and cooperated with the academicians/consultants, government, industry sector, media, society, investor, tourism partner to transform village of Ponggok from the poor to be the rich village. The theory contribution in this study is the development model of the quintuple helix to be a septuple helix, especially the development of the village.

Inclusion schools become one of the media that can provide opportunities for special needs students to adapt normally. The talent performanceis one form of efforts undertaken by the Nurul Imam Integrated Islamic School as an inclusive school to bridge the acceptance of special needs students by regular students. So that it can be seen patterns of interactions that occur between regular studentsand special needs students after the talent performanceprogram. The research method used is phenomenology with data collection techniques using interviews,observation and study documentation. Respondents were determined by purposive sampling. The results showed that regular studentacceptance of special needs students varied, the higher thegrade level, the higher the level of acceptance. The level of acceptance is influenced by external factors, one of which is the provision of good understanding and cooperation from parents, educators, and peers to special needs students. This interaction pattern occurs organically, meaning that the results of the actions of one communication process become an impulse for another interaction pattern as George Herbert Mead's theory. The pattern of interactions that formed after the performance program showedthat most of the regular studentswere able to maintain positive communication with special needstudents. This is shown by the general attitude of students from sympathy to empathy, from indifference to sympathy, from refusing to being willing to learn to accept. But a small percentage still showed the same attitude both indifferent and rejection.

The results of this researchshow that the performance of sharia savings and loan cooperativesin West Javais still in the moderate categorycategory with an average score of 61.16, where the factor of productive asset quality is the most influential factor inthebusiness performance of cooperatives(49.3%), Value of firm cooperativesin West Java is stillshowing poor performance, where the average Return of Assetwas6.7%,the performance of businesscooperativesinfluencethe value of the firmis 36%.Based onthe result it is obligated toperform guidance from the relevant agencies so that the level of risk in the management of cooperatives, especially those related to the quality of earning assets is increase,.the efficiency of cooperatives especially those related to business costs need to be managedwell so that financial performance can be improved.

The Indonesia Cooperative Law states that the aims of cooperative are to improve member promotion and to develop national economy order in creating and achieving the developed and prosperous society. One of the cooperatives with prominent roles is the university student cooperative. Its members, board of directors and internal supervisors are derived from the students; while the external supervisor is the head of university. This composition could indicate that the kind of cooperative is managed and organized by human resources with good competency. The research aims to find out a model of developing cooperatives focusing on young generation. It uses the survey method for 24 university student cooperatives in Yogyakarta Special Region, West Sumatra, South Sulawesi and West Kalimantan. The collected data were analyzed by using the descriptive method. The results of the research show the human resource of cooperative determines the cooperative performance. The students experience how to organize and manage cooperative well which become behavioral reference for future cooperative behavior. The students having positive experiences tend to replicate cooperative activities in their society. The existence of the cooperatives should make the cooperative movement more alive as the university students have fighting spirit, intellectual quotient and other potencies to be optimized. The cooperative isrun during their education time at university where students are prepared to develop their future. Based on the ideal roles, the university student cooperatives could function as a movement and motivator for the university students to have entrepreneurial spirit and to run their own business.

Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) is a skill that must be possessed by students today. From the results of observations, it shows that students of SMAN 15 Bandung do not fully have HOTS in Economics, especially for Class X MIPA who choose Economics as aCross-interest subject. One of the learning methods that can practice HOTS ability is the Problem Based Learning (PBL) method. The purpose of this study is to analyze whether the PBL method can improve students' HOTS ability compared to using the conventional method in this case the discussion method. The method used in this research is Quasi Experimental with Non Equivalent Control Group Design. The purposive sampling technique was used in the selection of samples, namely Class X MIPA 4 as an experimentalclass totaling 34 people and Class X MIPA 5 as a control class totaling 36 people. The results of the post test analysis showed that the HOTS value data of students was normally distributed and homogeneous so that the one way ANNOVA statistical test was used. Hypothesis test results showed that the learning method variable obtained F value = 11.101 and p = 0.002 <0.05 means that for the first hypothesis test was accepted, that there were differences in students' critical thinking skills using the problem based learning method with the discussion method. Based on N-Gain high level thinking skills, it can be concluded that there are differences in high level thinking skills of students before and after using the Problem Based Learning method in the experimental class with an increase categorized as high. Therefore, the Indonesian people need to continue to foster a sense of diversity that has existed for years. In this modern era, the development of intolerance towards diversity is one of the causes of various incidents such as violence, anarchism, discrimination, division, and radicalism movements in Indonesia. Efforts to establish a sense of tolerance can be started at elementary school level through story telling. In general, the prophets’ stories have been told to Islamic-based elementary school students. The stories are actually not only about things specifically about Islam but can also be defined more universally. Some of the stories of the prophets’ life can be understood as role models or ‘uswatun khasanah’ for all mankind in the world. This is what makes some of the stories of the prophets have certain archetypes that can act as moral lessons in life, not only for the Muslims but also for all human being. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative that begins with the data collection on the stories of the prophets in some textbooks on the Islamic subject used in Islamic-based schools. The data that have been obtained are then analyzed based on the concept of structuralism theory, so that the elements found in building the stories of the prophets and how each element affects each other. The results of this research show the building elements of the prophets’ stories can be obviously connected with the tolerance towards the diversity in Indonesia. In addition, there are also archetypal patterns of the prophets’ stories which can be developed tofor strng tolerance for the Islamic-based elementary school students.

This study aims to see the importance of professional skepticism of auditors on the ability of auditors to fraud detection. Without applying professional skepticism, auditors will only find misstatements caused by errors and it is difficult to find misstatements caused by fraud, because fraud will be hidden by theculprit (Noviyanti, 2008). Research on professional skepticism is mostly carried out on internal and external audits of the private sector, but rarely on public sector auditors. The research method used is a linear regression analysis method and for data analysis using questionnaire tabulation, validity test and reliability test. The research data was obtained from a questionnaire (primary) given to 40 auditors. The results showed that auditor professional skepticism has a relationship and influence on theability of auditors to detect fraud on inspection objects with an average value of 74.45. This means that the level of skepticismis high enough to detect fraud.

One of the biggest revenues in a country comes from taxes. Thereforethe government always tryingto increase tax revenue from year to year so that state revenues also increase. But in this case there are differences in interests between the Government and the taxpayer. For the government, taxes are a source of state revenue, otherwisefor taxpayers,tax is a burden that can reduce a company's operating profit. This study aims to look at the determinants that influence tax avoidance behavior.This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. Data analysis was performed on 20 sample companies with various sub-sectors such as the food and beverage sub-sector, industrial and chemical sub-sectors, pharmaceutical sub-sectors, cosmetics sub-sectors using multiple regression analysis with SPSS software. The results showed that fiscal loss compensation had no effect on tax avoidance while sales growth affects tax avoidance. Some suggestions that can be given by the author include 1) Investors or potential investors should consider financial information, because the ratio is a very important indicator to measure the company's ability to meet obligations or generate profits; 2) Companies should better utilize and process their resources to increase business growth, so that investors are more confident in investing.

This paper accessesthe technological intervention in online and distance education. Moreoverit also highlightsthe perspective and challenges for online and distance education environment. This paper uses the survey and interviews method for collection of data. The data is collected from stakeholders involved in open and distanceeducation. The outcome of the paper underlines that both teachers and students strongly supported the important role of technology in distance education and the attitude of learners towards educational technologies was also found encouraging. However, the level of technological interventions in distance education was found quite low. It also highlights that lack of financial resources, trained human resources and technological infrastructure were recorded as the main barriers to the technology integration in open and distance education.

This Study aims to determine the effect of covid-19 pandemic analysis toward productivity giving layoffs effect in the company of industrial sector around South Tangerang. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 96 respondents. The Analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study Pandemic Covid-19 have a negative and significant effect on productivity with a correlation value of-0633 meaning that the two variables have a strong negative relationship with a contribution of 40.0%. Hypothesis testing obtained a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Productivity has a negative and significant effect on layoffs effect in the company with a correlation value of-0622 meaning that both variables have a strong negative relationship with an influence contribution of 38.7%. Hypothesis testing obtained a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

This research aims to get an overview of the empathy profile of AlMashturiyah Vocational School students, Sukabumi. The method used in this
research is descriptive survey type. The population of this study is Al-Mashturiyah
Vocational School students. The sampling technique used is simple random
sampling. The instrument used was the interpersonal reactivity index by Davis. The
validity test results are from 28 items resulting in 25 valid items and three drop
items. Reliability test with Cronbach alpha formula obtained research results 0.908,
which means that the instrument has a very high level of reliability. The results were
obtained in the top category (29.1%), moderate (38.8%), and low (32.0%). The
results of this study indicate that the level of empathy of Al-Mashturiyah Vocational
School students is mostly in the moderate category. There are still many students
who occupy the low category so that it can be the basis of guidance and counseling
teachers to develop empathy for their students.

In Indonesia, until 2019, there are 74,954 villages, and 7,275 villages developed into tourist villages, which shows that the competition of tourist villages in Indonesia will be more and more. Therefore, measuring the competitiveness of the tourism village becomes very important to measure the success in the management of the village to fit the purpose of increasing the competitiveness of the sustainable tourism village. Until now, there is no instrument used to measure the competitiveness of tourist villages, so the government has not measured the performance of Tourism village management. Therefore in this study will be developed a measurement of the competitiveness of tourist villages with The Travel and Tourism Competitiveness Index instrument developed by the World Economic Forum. The samples used in this study are tourism villages in Klaten Regency, Central Java, Indonesia, namely Ponggok Village, Kebon Dalem Village, Paseban Village, Gunung Gajah village, and Melikan village. The calculation result of competitiveness concluded that the competitiveness of the tourism village Ponggok better than that of other tourism villages in Klaten Regency. Excellence Tourism Village Ponggok located on the pillars of health and hygiene, human resources and labor, priorities of travel, price competition, environmental sustainability, the infrastructure of tourism, and natural resources and culture. The results show that The Travel and Tourism Competitiveness Index instruments can be used to measure the competitiveness of tourism villages with the adjustment of existing conditions in the village.

This study aims to determine the effect of the variable Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loans (NPL), and Net Interest Margin (NIM) on bank profitability as proxied by Return on Assets (ROA). The population in this study are all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period. While the samples in this study were 34 companies using the purposive sampling method. This type of research is quantitative with the analysis technique used is a panel data regression technique to determine whether there is a significant influence of one dependent variable (dependent) and more than one independent variable (independent). Based on the research conducted, we found that the Capital Adequacy Ratio and NetInterest Margin have a significant effect on Return on Assets in a positive direction, while the Non Performing Loan variable also has a significant effect on Return on Assets, but with a negative influence.

Thisresearch is motivated by the history of learning in schools that generally still rely on textbooks, teacher center learning and relying on lectures as the main method in the learning process. The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is an effect of the use of experiential learning models on the ability of historical mindedness and historical empathy at SMAN 1 Parongpong. The research method used is a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental research design (quasi-experimental). And the instrument used in this study is a written test, while the instrument analysis technique uses a validity and reliability test. The results showed that t count 4.72> t table 1.67 for the ability of historical mindedness. And for historical empathy t count 3.66> t table 1.67. Thus the experiential learning model has an effect on students' historical mindedness and historical empathy abilities. And there are differences in effect between the application of experiential learning models with conventionalmodels on the ability of students' historical mindedness and historical empathy. This conclusion is the result of obtaining the experimental class gain scoreof 0.43, while the control class has a gain scoreof 0.27 for the ability of historical mindedness, while for historical empathy in the experimental class has a gain score of 0.39, and for the control class has a score amounted to 0.34.

This research based on the theory put forward by Ernst Nagel that in the process of understanding human experience, the science of history requires the study of motives and other psychological things that are sources of human behavior that have goals that are achieved through action. Thus, one broad view of history is that it is an attempt to understand human experience through psychology, that is historical events are considered to be explained in terms of the goals and actions taken to achieve these goals. This is reinforced by the results of research conducted by Abbott and Black that information about one's goals, the source of those objectives, and plans to achieve these goals form organizational units in the representation of texts in human memory. Both of them then concluded that to arrange the text, intentions and motives of a character or a character in a historical story can be used. So in writing textbooks which are learning resources for students, they must contain historical explanations whose structure can be understood by students. This research focuses on three things, including analysis of historical explanation according to Armbruster and Anderson's theory, analyzing Indonesian History textbook class XI in terms of Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 8 year 2016 concerning on school textbooks, finally analyzing elements of the educational history paradigm in the textbook. Using a qualitative approach and using content analysis, the results of the study show that the Indonesian History textbook issued developed by Daarut Tauhid High School already has a historical explanation structure in accordance with the theory of historical explanation from Armbruster and Anderson, but is also still found in several chapters that still adopt historical explanations of traditional styles whose structures are not well organized.

This study examines the implementation of inclusive education
in Bandung, an old city with typical flower in West Java, Indonesia. This
research was conducted at SDN 141 Lokajaya Bandung which has been
an inclusive school since 2018. This research method used a mix method
with an sequential explanatory design. Based on inclusivity index, the
results of this study show that the dimensions of inclusive culture are
82,93%, the dimensions of inclusive policies are 86,53%, and the
dimensions of inclusive practices are 77,96%. The average score of the
inclusivity index in SDN 141 Lokajaya Bandung reached 82,47% which
means very good. Furthermore, qualitative research data is carried to find
out the inclusivity index indicators that get values below 75%. Based on
the findings of the study there needs to be an increase the ability of
teachers in curriculum development that accommodates the diversity of
students needs and allow experts in the field of special education.

of teachers and parents with the help of media contact books effect on
increasing numeracy learning outcomes of students with mental
retardation in grade I elementary school. From the results of observation

Private school actors, governments and the public commit symbolic
violence against private school students through negative stereotype frames and
construct positive stereotype frames for public school students in a social
practice. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors causing private school
actors, government and society to commit symbolic violence against private
school students through stereotype frames and find positive symbolic
violence. This research was conducted using mixed methods concurrent
embedded methods in 6 private schools and 6 public schools. Qualitative research
informants as many as 43 people were determined usingpurposive sampling while
quantitative research respondents as many as 301 people were determined
using random sampling . Data collection was carried out using Likert and
Gutman scale questionnaire sheets, direct observation sheets, structured
interview sheets and document notes. Qualitative data that has been collected is
analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data display
then draws conclusions, while quantitative data are analyzed through the stages
of verification, tabulation and percentage of data. The results showed that the
accumulation of different capital (economic, social culture, baseball) became the
deciding factor of public schools as the dominant class and private schools as a
popular class with religious capital which had an impact on the dominance of
public school classes over private schools in the social sphere (education)
which forms a social practice. Symbolic violence is carried out through the
mechanism of positive stereotype frames for public school students
and negative stereotype frames for private school students. Symbolic violence
does not always have negative implications but also has positive /
constructive implications because students and private school actors make
stereotypes as motivation in fighting (the realm) to form new habitus towards
more positive changes in social practices by optimizing religious

The high maternal and infant mortality rate in North Central Timor shows that the health status of mothers and children in the border region still does not meet the national health standards to provide health services for mothers and children, the government of East Nusa Tenggara Province launched the Maternal and Child Health Revolution (KIA) through Governor Regulation Number 42 2009 concerning the Revolution of Maternal and Child Health and was followed up by the North Timor Tengah District Government with Region Regulations Number 4 2012 concerning Maternal and Newborn Health (KIBBLA), each birth must be carried out in a health facility that is adequate or minimal in a health center. Although MALL (Mobile Assisted Language Learning) cannot be con-sidere dasalatest platform in EFL(English as a Foreign Language)learning, there seems to be lack of information regarding its effects on learners’ autonomy and motivation. The present study aims to analyze the effects of MALL on learners’ autonomy and motivation. In order to obtain the results, there spondents are di-videdin to experimental and control classes. While the experimental classis given MALL integrated English lessons, the control classis given traditional learning sessions. Aset of questionnaires adapted from Taguchi, Magid&Papi (2009) and Cotterall (1999) was given before and after treatment. In addition, semi-structured interviews were conducted to provide deeper insights of matter. The results sug gest that MALL seems to impact learners’ autonomy and motivation negatively. Nevertheless, it does not mean that MALL is not without meritsas respondent ssuggest that they use mobile phones to look up for the meaning of ‘difficult’ phrases or subjects they did not understan. However, respondents prefer to be guided by teachers instead of being autonomous learners. The results of present study suggest that being an autonomous and motivated learner is something that needs to instilled since early stage of language learning. Besides that, teachers have important roles in instilling learners’ motivation and autonomy. Thus, providing teachers with sufficient trainings that will help teachers to instill llearn-ers’ motivation and autonomy.

The purpose of this study is to find out and the economic empowerment strategy in Pesawaran Regency and to analyzed the effectiveness of the strategy model offered inthe economic empowerment program of the Islamic community. The results showed that the strategy of economic empowerment of Islamic communities in Pesawaran Regency in its implementation was 1) the formation of community groups.2) strengthening of empowerment institutions and 3) strengthening of empowerment human resources in the form of guidance, training, and assistance.

Preeclampsia is one type of pregnancy hypertension and an obstetric emergency. One per ten of all maternal mortality are associated with hypertensive disorders in pregnancy and a quarter are associated with itscomplications. Maternal mortality rate (MMR) in Lampung Province in 2015 due to hypertension was found in 35 cases. Prevention efforts to avoid poor prognosis are needed by eradicating risk factors. Nutritional status ofchronic energy deficiency (CED) and maternal protein intake during pregnancy are thought to be important risk factors of preeclampsia.Objective: To determine the effect of CED and maternal protein intake on the incidence of preeclampsia in Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Hospital Lampung ProvinceSubject and Method: This study was an observational analytic study with a cross sectional design. The subjects in this study were 66 pregnant women taken by purposive sampling method, have beenmore than 20 weeks pregnant,was not sufferingmolahidatidosa and diabetes mellitus. Preeclampsia is measured by obstetrician’s assessment, CED is measured by mid-upper armcircumferenceand protein intake is measured by 2x24 hours food recall questionnaire. Data were analyzed using chi square test.Results: The results showed that of 66 respondents ,37.9% with CED, 81.8% with inadequate protein intake and 51.5% with preeclampsia. There is significant effect of CED to the incidence of preeclampsia (p = 0.001) and there is significant effect of maternal inadequate protein intake to the incidence of preeclampsia (p = 0,001).Conclusion: There is an effect of chronic energy deficiency and maternal protein intake on theincidence of preeclampsia in Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Hospital Lampung Province.

The substance of the functions of political parties in a country is actually Community Development. This paper aims to look at the components that can influence political parties to carry out their functions in the Islamic Community Development. The study was conducted in Riau Province by using a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through direct observation of political parties, in-depth interviews with key political party administrators, district/city legislative members as party representatives, experienced political observers, and analysis documents in the form of AD/ART, work programs, platforms and results of party meetings. Furthermore, the data were analyzed qualitativelyby data reduction, display, and conclution. The results showed that the real success of political parties in carrying out their functions is determined by how much they contribute to the Islamic community development. Among them are the thingsrelated tothe issues of education and community empowerment. However, political parties found difficultiesto carry out their functions due to the influence of pragmatic political behavior, so that (1) management of funds of political parties is not optimal, (2) human resources of political parties are weak, and (3) orientation of political parties is addressed to gainpower.

This paper describes an energy searching method of solar cell by usingdynamic measurement. The measurement was held in Padang as equator land. Solar cell is a piece of semiconductor to change sunlight Intensity to electrical Energy. Solar cell hat advantage, it can generate energy without fuel and noise.This solar cell is to match for rural area. Actually, Solar cell produces maximal power if the sunlight position is exactly vertical on the cellsurface. In this research, a prototype of photovoltaic energy searching on solar cell will be realized to get optimal power. The Position of Solar cell module is operated by DC motor to match the sunlight moving. This step moving module starts from 7.00 o’clock until 17.00. The motor moving from 07.00-08.00 can make 15º angle of module or every hour move module 15º angle. After 18.00 o’clock, the solar cell back moves to the first position to prepare to get a next intensity sun on tomorrow. To measure the power is used static and dynamic method. The research resultthat a dynamic measurement can be found, that the voltage of solar cell module at 07.00~11.00 will be increase from 12,9Volt until 14 Volt and the average voltage is 14.8 Volt at 11.00 ~ 17.00 pm. So, that a dynamitic solar cell module is 14,7% better than static instrument without power efficiency.

The results showed that one of the fundamental weaknesses of public service in Indonesia is the problem of morality because morality is considered less related to public service. In fact,bureaucrat's services to the community are still less than optimal due to the slow performance of bureaucrats in their services. However, every citizen wants services that meet the principles of good governance, especial-ly aspects of accountability and the quality of public participation. In general, the bureaucracy has not been able to understand the ethics of public service and the code of ethics for public services in Indonesia is still limited. Therefore, the bu-reaucracy in the post Covid -19 era was to be more responsive andfaster in solv-ing problems, community needs, and adaptive.In addition, the use of ethics in bu-reaucracy is an effort to increase public trust.

This study aims to see the importance of professional skepticism of auditors on the ability of auditors to fraud detection. Without applying professional skepticism, auditors will only find misstatements caused by errors and it is difficult to find misstatements caused by fraud, because fraud will behidden by the culprit (Noviyanti, 2008). Researchon professional skepticism is mostly carried out on internal and external audits of the private sector, but rarely on public sector auditors. The research method used is a linear regression analysis methodand for data analysis using questionnaire tabulation, validity test and reliability test. The research data was obtained from a questionnaire (primary) given to 40 auditors. The results showed that auditor professional skepticism has a relationship and influence on the ability of auditors to detect fraudon inspection objects with an average value of 74.45. This means that the level of skepticismis high enough to detect fraud.

Factors That Influence The Level of Profit Sharing Mudharabah In Islamic Banks Using Financing as A Moderating Variable

This study aims to determine the analysis of the factors that influence the level of mudharabahprofit sharing in Islamic banks in the 2013-2017 period with a sample size of 9 out of 11 Sharia Commercial Banks that have met the criteria, where 3 of them are government-owned and 6 are privately-owned operating in Indonesia. 9 Sharia Commercial Banks used as research objects have provided annual financial reports. The study was categorized as a quantitative study that was processed using SEM SmartPLS 2.0. The results of the T-statistic test conducted with the bootstrapping process concluded that FDR, NPF, CAR and TPFhad a significant negative effect on mudharabah profit sharing rates while inflation had a significant positive effect on mudharabah profit sharing rates. In addition, the test results conclude that financing as a moderating variable can moderate NPF, CAR, TPFand inflation towards the mudharabah profit sharing rate, on the other hand financing cannot moderate the influence of FDR on the mudharabah profit sharing rate. The R Square test concluded that the financing as a moderating variable was 0.116297 which means that in explaining FDR, NPF, CAR, TPFand inflation to financing was only 11.6%, while 88.4% was not explained in this study. R Square for the dependent variable mudharabah profit sharing rate of 0.231157, which means in explaining FDR, NPF, CAR, TPFand inflation of the mudharabah profit sharing rate of 23.1%, while 76.9% is found in other variables that are not used in this research.

The research was conducted to find out a phenomenon of code-switching and code-mixing that happened in the EFL classroom. The method used in this research is qualitative research methods The writer collected the data from the fifth semester of English education department in giving presentations. One class that has 28 students were observed to have the phenomena of code-switching and code-mixing. A set of questionnaire was given to all the fifth semester of English education in order to assess their attitude and feedback toward the use of code-switching and code-mixing. The Results of the research study showed that the student's employed code-switching and code-mixing in the interactions which happened along with teaching and learning activities with various patterns and considerations. The data from the questionnaire reflects the positive attitude toward the use of code-switching and code-mixing along with teaching and learning activities in the classroom.

The textile industry is developing rapidly which results in intense competition for similar companies. CV JL is a textile manufacturing company that produces gray fabrics that have 3 quality levels, namely Grade A, B and C with Grade A being the best quality with the least amount of defects. CV.JL has experienced a decrease in the quality of production due to a decrease in the quality of production at its work stations which has resulted in decreased demand and company profits. Based on the statistical assessment and weighting of 5 workstations, Warping workstations have the lowest performance level with the highest contributor to product defects. With an assessment based on the 5R / 5S concept and the Fish Bone Diagram, analyzing the root causes of the problem, various corrections were generated which were written in the Manual, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Work Instructions.

Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interview, and documentation. Checking or checking the validity of the data using credibility. This criterion is used to prove that the data or information obtained indeed contains truth values. The techniques performed include; Careful observation, Triangulation, Hold a member check. The results showed that teachers of Islamic education play increase Tahfidz Quran SDIT Aulia Insan five as compiler and regulator, as for motivator as a director, as the initiator and teacher of teachers as a companion. Supporting factors in increasing Tahfidz Al Qur’an PAI SDIT teacher Insan Aulia Mustika Jaya is the existence of ongoing guidance in schools so that students who are experiencing difficulties experiencing Tahfidz Al Qur’an can be overcome. The results of efforts to improve Tahfidz al-Quran can be seen from students' increased ability, which previously had not memorized, an increase in memorization levels, which was grade III memorized target of only 60% now reaching 90%, and an increase in the results of Tahfidz tests by students.
