CURRICULUM POLICY EVALUATION SEMESTER CREDIT UNIT-BASED EDUCATION AT THE INDONESIAN ARMY'S NATIONAL AVIATION EDUCATION CENTER
Abstract
TNI education is an official education that supports the military profession. Therefore, every effort to improve the quality of the TNI education program is related to the National Education System. The focus of this research is: 1) Situations that affect the policy of the educational curriculum based on Semester Credit Units at the Indonesian Army National Aviation Education Center. 2). Inputs or input resources used in accordance with the Semester Credit Unit-based educational curriculum policy at the Indonesian National Aviation Education Center Angakatan Darat. 3) Activities or the process of activities carried out towards the Semester Credit Unit-based educational curriculum policy at the Indonesian Army National Aviation Education Center. 4). Outputs or outputs that are produced directly from the educational curriculum policy based on Semester Credit Units at the Indonesian National Aviation Education Center Angakatan Land. Outcomes are direct benefits obtained from the Semester Credit Unit-based educational curriculum policy at the Indonesian National Aviation Education Center for Land Transport. The objectives of the study are 1). Knowing the situation, conditions, and problems faced from the implementation of the Semester Credit Unit-based educational curriculum policy at the Indonesian National Aviation Education Center Angakatan Land. 2). Determine the inputs that include objectives, objectives and resources used in the implementation of the Semester Credit Unit-based educational curriculum policy at the Indonesian National Aviation Education Center Angakatan Land. 3). Knowing the activities carried out in accordance with the educational curriculum policy based on Semester Credit Units at the Indonesian National Aviation Education Center Angakatan Land. 4). Determine the output that is directly produced from the implementation of the Semester Credit Unit-based educational curriculum policy at the Aviation Education Center. 5). Knowing the short-term benefits of implementing an educational curriculum based on Semester Credit Units at the Indonesian National Aviation Education Center for Land Grants. The research method uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through interviews, observations, observations made by informants to obtain accurate data, this research was conducted at the Indonesian Army Aviation Education Center. The results of the research on the SKS-based Curriculum Policy at the Tantara Nasional Indonesia Flight Training Center have met the aspects of needs oriented to improving the quality of education in the Tantara Nasional Indonesia Angakatan Darat environment.
