Abstract

This research intends to determine the effect of the implementation of academic information systems and the quality of academic services on user satisfaction mediated by decision making. The sample of respondents in this research was 286 respondents with an error rate of 5%. Testing the data in this research uses validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test (multicollinearity test) and multiple linear regression test using SPSS version 19 program. The results of this research are the positive influence of academic information system implementation and academic service quality on user satisfaction in the media. decision-making.
